In my sessions, I blend ancient yogic wisdom and modern somatic practices, for a holistic experience that supports body, mind, and spirit. Tired of listening to others about what is good for me and my body, I embarked on a journey of holistic Self healing. I work with breath, body, and energy — through Yoga, kundalini, somatics, and cyclical living. I learned to recognize the real needs of my body, heal unprocessed emotions that cause dis-ease and regulate my nervous system. Living as an embodied human being is the greatest gift you can give yourself in this lifetime.

That urge to share the mystery behind the power of kundalini yoga.

There is no way I can explain to you what it does and how it feels. The “initiation” starts from your own experience, not others’ stories.

My practice of kundalini yoga has been profound in the past two years. I see how my life is shifting.

I’m content with what I have. I see what’s not good for me. My thoughts are clear. I don’t doubt myself as much as before. I trust myself. I’m eager to wake up every day.

I also know that instagram is not a place where I can share my knowledge and practice with you as deep as I wish.

In 2026 things are going to change.

Freaky but free, that’s my motto.

If you’ve been feeling resistance, tightness, or anger…
it is your shadow asking to be seen, not silenced.

A special evening where you give space to your darkness with a full heart, and move into the light without pretending through the power of Kundalini yoga.

Before kundalini came into my life I was very unaware. I thought reading self help books, going to therapy, being logical about my issues would “fix me”.

I played by the book.

High school great grades > university degrees (2) > job seeking according to my profession

When the university bubble burst 💥 I could finally see the reality.

Among the most painful realisations was that I didn’t have any hobby anymore. And that I didn’t read for pleasure anymore, but for knowledge and for making money out of this knowledge.

It didn’t take me long to start feeling miserable and depressed, even though I achieved everything “I” wanted.

When it hit me - that this wasn’t my life - I got even more depressed. I had chronic pain and inflammation. Same things coming back over and over.

It was painful to realise that at one point in my life, I willingly decided to disconnect from my heart, my intuition, my true desires and pursue a life model that everyone was selling as the most secure and happy outcome.

Now I know it was driven by fear.

Fear disconnects us from ourselves. And we keep rolling. Playing someone else’s life.

When I hit rock bottom (a necessary step before you’re ready for kundalini apparently), I decided to stop every attempt to fix myself and I just started thinking: “what are my passions? What lights me up?”

Yoga was one of them. This is how I discovered kundalini yoga. And I did try it before and it didn’t land (let me know in the comments if you want to hear this story).

But that time it hit just right to the point. I could feel my body again. Energy running through every inch of it. I started to cry during practice and IT WAS SUCH A RELEASE. I kept practicing every day. Online. It was enough for me and there weren’t kundalini studios around.

It wasn’t always pleasant. But I was connecting bit by bit to my body. To my essence. My doubts were dissipating. Clarity over how I want to live my life were coming to the surface. Delicate process of remembering who you are and why are you here.

Peeling layers of conditioning, the identity the world projected on me, self doubts..

If you ask me why kundalini yoga.. well, it changes your life.
