Beautiful being, I invite you to join me in this challenge where we create spaces of stillness and sacredness in our everyday loves for 44 days (and hopefully longer)

(ideally in the mornings), we show up in our truth and authenticity to ourselves and the Divine in Devotion and Prayer.

This can look like: Praying, meditating, dancing, card pulling, drawing… anything done in the Intention of Devotion.

Transitioning into 2024 with some heart-felt shares and pearls of wisdom🪷:

Whether we have sat together in sacred space or not yet, or however we have spent time together,
Thank you for being a part of my journey.

What a year, wooh! I don't know about you, but it's been a wiiild ride for me.
I've experienced numerous challenges that have brought me to my knees and in truth, those were the times (with the grief and pain) I felt the most free because I knew this is the journey of transformation, and initiation.
My soul is showing me that something needs to die, so something more aligned can be given space for.
Does this resonate with you too?

Some wisdom I'd love to share with you in this-
* Vulnerability is such a strength

* Every opportunity, pain, challenge can be harnessed as raw power and alchemised

* I am the Creator of my life- and challenges and obstacles are not here to make me a victim, rather the hero(ine) of my story because they provide me tools and medicine that I had/have yet to learn

*To be comfortable with the not knowing, confusions and fears is truly a surrender to God

* The biggest love story, and profound intimacy is the one with myself

* Every single one carries their light and shadow part, I see, understand, and accept the fullness of me and them. (No need to waste energy on wishing any different or rejecting or making a problem from the darker sides)

* Acceptance is key. Wanting something or someone to be different is an illusion, and wanting to define things is a trick of the ego. They all take us out of presence. Acceptance and awareness brings into the here and now.

On this note, I'd love to wish you a smooth transition into the New Year.
You got this!

Remember, you are loved.
You are a unique combination of atoms and energy that has never existed nor will ever exist.
You are magnificent.

Remember who you truly are! And may you everyday bask in Divine Love!

PLANT CYCLE: fruits, falling leaves
ANIMALS: water animals
SENSES: taste
STAGES OF LIFE: adulthood
HUMAN: emotions
CHALLENGING EMOTIONS: resentment / regrets
ACTION: perseverance
LEARNING CYCLES: reflecting
STICKING POINTS: unable to finish and let go
CAUSES OF BLOCKS: hurt and guilt, unresolved past issues
HEALED BY: resolving the past
Embracing emotions and healthy sensuality
CORE CONDITION: empathy
STRENGTHS: emotionally healthy

It governs the West direction of the Medicine Wheel, which also means the element of Water, that in its turn governs our Emotions.

To flow with the season and transition into Autumn, the invitation is to take a moment to reflect on the outer world, and what that teaches, and then on the inner world.

be Plants and trees shedding their leaves,
be migratory birds preparing to travel to warmer regions for the winter,
be Squirrel collecting and storing nuts for the coming winter.

Remember, Mother Earth is our greatest teacher and healer.

Some things we learnt from the past that were necessary for our survival aren’t useful anymore. How can we move beyond this place of stuck energy and unhealthy patterns resisting growth and change?

Where do are you scared, or do you avoid depth?
Can you i invite more of ‘letting go and go with the flow’ , or are there fears that come up? What are they?
Have you been holding on and wallowing about the last? (Unresolved grief, unfinished business, guilt, regret, and so on…)

What is in the way, and need to be released with love?
How can we invite our full range emotions and let go?
What were the fruits and teachings of that phase- what did we learn, who have we become?
What valuable life lessons were learnt?
How can we slow down, and feel?

Summer Soulstice Blessings🌞🌻

Summer can be a time of lush greenery, blooming flowers, abundant wildlife, warm sun, and blue skies. It's a time governed by the Fire element, which teaches us to make decisions and take positive action, how to be assertive, and how to use our power well.

SHAMANIC JOURNEYING
As Summer is connected to the fire element, a shamanic journeys can be significantly beneficial from doing burning journeys, a transformation practice where we surrender to the cleansing and transformative power of fire.
You can also ask for help with healing issues you may have around the fire element, to learn how to embrace it more or how to handle it better and more appropriately.
Fire also brings clarity and healthy boundaries, which are integral in protecting ourselves and powers.

Journey and open up to little helpers.
Immerse yourself and be nature
Remember, nature is our greatest teacher and healer.

Fire element:
The fire element in us is our power, the source of our authority and integrity, our ability to hold our healthy boundaries, make decisions and act on them, assert ourselves when needed, and speak the truth as we see it. It is our vitality, energy, motivation, passion, and drive. It sparks our enthusiasm and zest for life, and our desire to seek new things and experiences and challenge ourselves. The fire element also nurtures our courage, confidence, optimism, and happiness.
