Every once in a while it feels right to go back to your roots. We started this place out of our own desire to have a place that we could use for cold immersion, as many days as possible, summer and winter. That is why, just like two years ago during our October Challenge, we decided to go into the ice bath 31 days straight this March.

We opened 10 spots for people to join us on our challenge.
The set up this year is as following:

€50 euro contribution

One ice bath a day, no sauna (of course you may book your own separate sauna slot, but for us personally we will do it without the sauna).

Miss a day and you’re out of the challenge and you cannot book any more slots.

No excuses at all, your own responsibility too make sure you make it (so also book in time)

Saturday 28 of February at 12:30 there is an optional sauna and ice bath session with all the participants to prepare for the challenge ahead.

We have experienced the last time we did a challenge like this to be impactful and special. We hope to do it together with you.
