Familie yoga - juist nu, in deze tijd, is samen spelen, ontspannen en plezier hebben zo belangrijk. Morgen geef ik bij een ONLINE familie yoga les van 1,5 uur startend om 11.00 uur. Je bent ontzettend welkom om mee te doen. Rol je mat uit in de woonkamer of bouw samen een heerlijk bouwwerk van kussens, alles kan.
Zie ik je morgen? ❤️⭐️🧘‍♀️

MINI & ME RETREAT

4, 5 & 6 mei mag ik samen met dit onwijs leuke en relaxte yogaweekend voor papa's, mama's en stoere mini yogi’s begeleiden.

Denk aan: samen ouder & kind yoga doen, slapen in een boerderij, hout sprokkelen voor een kampvuur en creatief bezig zijn. Maar ook tijd voor je eigen yoga practice en yoga nidra.
Bovenal, samen ontspannen en echt tijd doorbrengen zonder afleidingen en heel veel lachen, knuffelen en stoeien! 💗

Dag van de duurzaamheid bij in Amsterdam! Vandaag verzorg ik, in het kader van duurzaam werken en preventie, 4 yoga lessen. Hoe tof! Goed dat hier steeds meer aandacht voor komt! 📿🙌

⭐️⭐️ For me the upcoming week is all about selfcare. So I will share that in the practice this week! 🧘‍♀️📿

and made this really nice ‘ i am fearlessly authentic’ movement on social media which has really inspired me! I found it difficult to share so open on social media but I am not feeling like the best version of myself this past days, and that is ok! (Oke I have to remind myself haha). But.it.is.all.okay. Life is not always sunshine and rainbows, but... you can still be a !

So, this week is all about selfcare and feeling at comfort and at ease with yourself. 💕🍂

And the best thing is... I will sub two classes from the lovely tomorrow evening! Next to my regular classes at tuesday and thursday!

It was so nice to give an lunch break yoga class to the sweet people from Rituals Cosmetics 🙏 business yoga it is! I find it so nice and special to see how yoga is more and more integrated in all kinds levels of society! Yoga for everyone!
