Weekends are for slowing things down a bit.
Good food, good company, and actually enjoying what you’re eating without overthinking it.
Staying on track doesn’t mean cutting everything out. It’s about balance. Being consistent during the week, and then being able to relax a little without feeling like you’ve undone everything.
That’s where it starts to feel sustainable.
Eating well shouldn’t feel like a chore. It should be something you can stick to, enjoy, and still live your life around.
That’s the goal.
