okay can we talk about the pecans have been sitting right there this whole time? An incredible _20-year_ research shows pecans consistently crush it for heart health. we’re talking lower cholesterol, better antioxidant protection, the works.
this is exactly why I started building Gut Goddess. the foods that actually work for our bodies aren’t always the trendy ones with the fancy marketing budgets. sometimes it’s the humble stuff that’s been around forever.
makes me think about all the women in our community who are tracking their symptoms and wondering about their symptoms. Maybe it’s not about adding more exotic ingredients. maybe it’s about getting back to basics with foods that have actual decades of research behind them.
honestly this is making me rethink our entire approach to heart-healthy recommendations in the app. sometimes the best solutions are hiding in plain sight.
