We are an international group of AcroYoga teachers who are developing and teaching Family AcroYoga. We give Family Acroyoga Teacher trainings and family AcroYoga workshops and retreats. About Family AcroYoga:
AcroYoga is a playful union of yoga, acrobatic flying and healing arts. AcroYoga Family is rooted in these same practices and is designed for the whole family. It provides a time and space for kids and their adult friend/parents to play and have fun together and develop creativity, connection, communication, and play. In Family AcroYoga we aim to bring generations together in the spirit of nurturing, play and discovery.
