Family Acroyoga is a unique combination of yoga, acrobatic flying, massage and games that children and their parents practice together to enhances physical awareness & self-confidence. We are an international group of AcroYoga teachers who are developing and teaching Family AcroYoga. About Family AcroYoga:
AcroYoga is a playful union of yoga, acrobatic flying and healing arts. AcroYoga Family is rooted in these same practices and is designed for the whole family. It provides a time and space for kids and their adult friend/parents to play and have fun together and develop creativity, connection, communication, and play. In Family AcroYoga we aim to bring generations together in the spirit of nurturing, play and discovery.

* On the last day of the Family AcroYoga int. teacher training we organised a Festival and the new teachers got their first (or second) chance to teach real children & parents to joy of Acroyoga. Everyone did so well!
