We are fast approaching the sandhi, or junction, between Vāta and Kapha season. During these seasonal transitions, especially when moving into spring and fall, it is advised in Ayurveda to give your system a reset with a gentle cleanse.

We have completed a 3 day pre-cleanse then options to cleanse for 3 or 5 days and then a 3 day gentle post cleanse period to get you ready to integrate back.
So how am i doing?
~This is my first cleanse.
~Its a gentle one.
~I have guidance.
~Its Ayurveda…the sister science to yoga so its been around for 4k more years than the latest influencer on social media or any other fad.
~This is NOT a diet ….in fact the goal isn’t to lose
weight… although you might.
~I’m extending mine as I’m learning a lot.
