That constant hum of anxiety in your chest… is it just background noise now? The exhaustion that coffee can’t touch… have you just accepted it as your default setting? The pain, the brain fog, the number on the scale that makes you wince, the shame of canceling plans again because you just don't have the energy to pretend you're okay…
