Maatwerk met kracht! 🍚🔥
Voor het stomen van rijst bouwden we een TSV 540 EG kookketel op maat – die levert maar liefst 79,2 kW verwarmingsvermogen.
Je hoeft het product er maar boven te hangen… en het is al gaar😉

Wat deze ketel verder uniek maakt:
• Ondiep ontwerp met extra groot bodemoppervlak
• Slimme verwarmingssturing (4 × 19,8 kW) via Aditec MIC900
• Besturing netjes weggewerkt in een geïsoleerd compartiment in de buitenmantel

Een krachtpatser waar we trots op zijn! 💪

Beautiful agitator tilting kettle ready for installation. This machine is custom made. Compared to a standart machine this one has a deeper inner kettle, a temperature probe directly into the product, a hatch in the lid and a drainage outlet DN100=>DN32. In this machine, a tough product is mixed and heated to a temperature of approximately 120°C.

NEW!! Agitator tilting kettle - pressure cooker
Besides the standard agitator tilting kettles, which has been built successfully for many years, T&S has now also developed an agitator tilting kettle that allows cooking under a pressure of 0,5 bar (111,6°C).

Pressure cooking offers the following advantages:
- 40 to 60% energy savings
- Up to 40% saving on cooking time
- Water saving
- Less weight loss

This is particularly suitable for preparing meat, potatoes and vegatables.
The cooking process runs automatically by the user-friendly touchpanel MIC900.

Process “automatic tilt basket”
Process “dripping basket”

The multicooker can be filled with product via a tote bin lifter.
