Our Story

Yoga - Meditation - Love This is what we share at Yoga met LEF! We love yoga and even more we love to share our experiences and passion for this amazing, powerful life-’science’. We are a team of dedicated, professional, life-loving teachers and we are all very grateful for the opportunity to teach in the beautiful building in Rotterdam Crooswijk. It’s an nostalgic old school building, hidden behind the houses of the Rusthoflaan, which makes it wonderfully quiet at all times of the day. The majestic chestnut tree at the schoolyard makes it sometimes look like a playground from a fairytale. All teacher have their own personal stories and reason why they got (addicted) to yoga. You might have your story too. We are looking forward to hear yours; come and join us for some fun, off and on our mat.
