“So the photo in the black tank was taken 4 years ago age 49 that popped up on my Facebook feed this morning 😮 I was in FULL MENOPAUSAL MODE And taking prescription medication to help with those dreadful hot flashes😢

Fast forward to today 😃 53 I am not on ANY prescriptions For anything NONE ZERO ZILCH‼️
