A lovely day at Radfords at our local BD venue. De La Vie (Veneno x De Niro) has just stepped up to Medium and did two solid tests. Very focused and responsive …. And the horse was great too 😂😂😂

Great result for Ogano in Belgium with Johannes Ehning. We have a yearling filly out of Useme by Ogano.

Grand-Prix-Sieg für Ogano in Belgien 🇧🇪

Seit einigen Wochen hat Johannes Ehning unseren Hengst Ogano in Beritt und nun war der erste große internationale Auftritt.

Das Paar überzeugte im belgischen Lier und siegte im Grand Prix am Samstag, einer Springprüfung über 1,40m mit Stechen.

Efter en succesfuld karriere som læremester for U25-ryttere, herunder en fremragende præstation ved U25 Europamesterskabet i 2022, går Blue Hors Veneziano nu videre til et nyt kapitel.

Før han blev læremester, opnåede Veneziano imponerende resultater på internationalt Grand Prix-niveau med Agnete Kirk i sadlen. Hans indflydelse rækker dog langt ud over konkurrencebanen, med godkendte sønner som Blue Hors Valenzo og Venido, samt mange succesfulde afkom, der konkurrerer på højeste niveau. 🏆

Blue Hors Veneziano har uden tvivl sat et uudsletteligt præg på både sporten og avlsverdenen. Vi ser frem til at følge, hvordan han fortsætter med at skinne under ejerskab af Carina Scholz, og vi ønsker hende held og lykke med denne fantastiske hingst! 🙌

A very good day at Aintree High Profile Show yesterday despite the weather making travelling difficult. A win and second place for Alissa in the two Medium classes and Sarge put the ghost of Aintree to rest with a great second place in the Advanced Medium 4 and third place in the Advance Medium 5. The two siblings (out of the same dam but by different stallions) did us proud and are a great testament for Tracy's training. She has produced both from young horses up through the levels.

Our own Casamax (Casalido x Levantos) has had a great week. 3rd place at one show and then 2nd place on Friday with 8.4 on both days. At 18 hands we took the decision to give Max plenty of time to mature which meant he didn’t take the usual route of the young horse classes. He has had to mix it with the more experienced and older horses but he has really stepped up to his job. Thanks as always to Thomas and Nico for their training and also Silvie who does some flat work with him. Thanks also to Andrew Downes in Staffordshire UK who broke in Max - with the assistance of a long ladder!

Silvie and Foxy win the M Class at the Porta Westfalica show yesterday. A lovely day for Silvie who was rewarded for all the hard-work she has invested in Viviano, our 6 year old gelding by Veneziano. She won a bridle and ……. a basket of various coffees! We love German prizes!! I think the coffee will be more welcome than the bridle especially if the German football team keep progressing in the euros.

Another confirmed pregnancy - this time our Farrell x De Niro mare in Germany scanned in foal yesterday to Donkey Boy.
