On June 20, we welcomed two members of our Artiplus expert panel to our headquarters in Groningen for an exclusive R&D Day. Dr. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗺 from South Korea and Dr. 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘀𝗼 from Portugal joined us for a behind-the-scenes experience focused on innovation and collaboration.

They explored our production facilities, met with our R&D team, and tested prototypes of our future products. Together, we exchanged ideas and discussed new concepts for the next generation of PIOLs.

These kinds of moments are what drive us forward. Grateful for the insights, curiosity, and expertise they brought, and proud to shape the future of ophthalmology together.

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 🙌

Last week, we attended the very first edition of 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘕𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘕𝘓 — and what a great kick-off it was! As a new meeting place for innovative companies in the North of the Netherlands, it offered space to connect, exchange ideas and dive into the latest in tech.

Equipped with our lenses and VR glasses, our R&D colleagues gave a glimpse into the production and technology behind our ophthalmic solutions. It was also a great opportunity to get inspired by other companies and presentations.

We’re already looking forward to the next edition!

𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀𝘇 𝗦𝗽𝘆𝗿𝗮 from Visum Clinic in Rzeszów had the honor of performing the first Artiplus implantation in Poland. What a beautiful premium eye clinic and what an excellent team!

Dr. Spyra stated that the first post-op day results were phenomenal — both distance and near vision were fully restored. The patient was completely satisfied.

A big thank you to Dr. Spyra and our partner Polymed Polska for making this milestone possible!
