DAKDANS is a guided morning dance session on the rooftop of DeDAKKas in Haarlem.

It’s a space where you’re guided back into your body, slowly, gently, and in your own way.

We’re taking a moment to arrive, to breathe and to feel.
From there, the session builds.

Through simple guidance, breath and somatic movement, your body starts to open up.
What begins as awareness naturally turns into movement… and eventually into free dance.

You can release tension, move energy, and create space.
You reconnect with what your body actually needs.

Over time, this doesn’t just feel good, it changes how you move through your day.
You feel clearer, more grounded, more connected to yourself.

And after the session, you’re of course so welcome to stay!
Have a coffee, breakfast, connect, or just take your time before the day begins.

Op 10 april is het zover! De ochtend wakker dansen met het mooiste uitzicht van Haarlem:

Een begeleide ochtendsessie waarin dans, vrije beweging, adem, lichaamsbewustzijn en verstilling samenkomen.

De ultieme uitnodiging om uit je hoofd te komen, in je lichaam te zakken en het leven te vieren. Laat die gelukshormonen maar stromen!

Voor iedereen. Ongeacht gender of leeftijd. Ook als je niet danst. Ook als je denkt dat je niet kunt dansen. Ook als je gewoon voelt dat je zin hebt in iets nieuws.

Ik heb hier zóveel zin in.

Sweet sisters… oh my goodness, the Sister Circle last Friday was incredible. Heart-opening, connecting, honest, and incredibly beautiful.

We could all feel the shift already happening while we were together, and I for one have felt that energy continuing to do its work in the days after as well.

I can’t wait to be in circle again.

The next circle is up now: join us on the 31st of May for a Full Moon Circle.
