It is three years ago that I suddenly collapsed through my legs, which marked the beginning of a profound healing journey. Western medicine called it long covid, but for me it was an invitation to discover what I was called to heal/Remember.

It has been such a transformational journey, dear friends. And off course it continues, because that is who I am: deeply dedicated to Awakening. Maybe I will share something about it one day.

The healing process deepened even more when Mark and I separated last fall. There is a beautiful gem available in heartbreak. Reviewing and working through my relational dynamic tendency’s has created empowering shifts.

And now one of the most celebrative announcement of my life 🥳:

My physical complaints have reduced so much, that I can happily announce that I am opening my healing practice again! What a joy to be sharing this! This last week my soul has been strongly persisting: “get it out into the world now”!

In the past weeks I have slowly started with some clients, and at this point I have space for two more individuals who feel called to work with me. Either for womb healings (women) or as a support for your transformational journey. If you feel called to share about my work with others, please do. It is time my work really enters the world 😊.

Hello dear ones. Several times I thought about sharing what I am going through and today I feel like sharing.
I am on a deep personal healing journey. In April this year I suddenly collapsed through my legs. Since that moment I experience problems with the muscles in my whole body, deep tiredness and quick sensory overload. I am not able to do powerful physical work or receive clients. The diagnosis at this moment is functional neurological disorder, which is a diagnose when nothing else is found.

I am finding myself being pulled to two different ‘sides’ in this healing journey, what is an interesting and sometimes challenging experience. On one side the pure medical perspective, that points to certain causes of the disorder and the chances to heal. On the other side the spiritual perspective, that has invited me to turn deeply inward to receive the wisdom of my body and soul. I believe every experience offers an invitation and that is how I am handling this experience.

It is a big one, with ups and downs. There are moments I am afraid I will not heal, what creates fear when thinking about the future and all the longings I have for my life. At the same time I am going through beautiful and strong experiences of transformation and embodying my Essence deeper and deeper.
I am very grateful for all the support I receive from different healthcare professionals, my friends & family, my beloved Mark and the light world. Thank you all. ❤

This weekend I was at the wonderful Elohim Centre, a spiritual centre in the North of the Netherlands.
It is a very powerful place, with 30 healing gardens all activated in different theme frequencies.
I felt blown away by the power of the energy vortexes and portals present there.
Being embraced and activated by this field of healing was something I gratefully welcomed on all the layers of my being.

I especially enjoyed the troll garden (so much laughter and simplicity), the Merkaba (strong activations), the 3rd chakra garden (received deep healing here) and the Lemurian forest (just wow!).

A deep thank you to all the individuals who created and sustain this multidimensional field of the New Earth. 🙏🏼

Creating a fixed meditation spot in your house, is a good idea when you want to give meditation a more central place in your life. Actually reserving space in the material world for your spiritual practice, makes it part of your life on different dimensions. And the beautiful and helpful thing is, that by raising your frequency and increasing your awareness over and over again on the same spot in your house, that spot will be totally activated! It becomes a spot of high vibration. And at a place of high vibration it is more natural and easy to reach expanded states of awareness!

During healing sessions I work with different energy frequencies. All have their unique vibration and quality. For me as an energy healer, it is amazing to work with all these beautiful potent and powerful energies. I am assisted by many different light beings. For instance Yeshua, Mother Mary, Mother Earth, The Higher Self of the client, etc. I am also working with beings and energy frequencies from other planets. These energies are really great in activating codes and unlocking the potent matrix of your True Being. I feel so excited about connecting and working with these beings, who hold a great capacity of unconditional love, clarity, wisdom and expertise.
Clients report deep healing shifts when I implement these multidimensional, intergalactic frequencies into the healings.

Part two. So, after the moment of stasis, the contraction phase arrives. You are invited to turn inward and take all of your insights, all of your new available essence and consciousness, back into the core of your being. It is an integration process.

During the previous expansion phase, you reached new heights of energy frequencies. These high vibrations will touch the parts in yourself that are still stuck and in a low vibration. They are invited to start vibrating in a high frequency too, to Remember their true essence. When the contraction phase starts, these loosened low frequency parts in yourself are rising to the surface. Confronting you with parts in yourself that are not whole yet. It is possible that you suddenly do not feel so wondrous anymore. You are invited to be with those parts and heal the wrong believes in yourself.

This moment of contraction is as important as the expansion phase and the moments of stasis, because one cannot keep expanding. Integration needs to happen.
When the phase of contraction is finished, a moment of stasis will be there again. And then, the cycle starts all over!

Part One. Did you realize that the Awakening process goes in waves or phases? The first phase can be called the expansion phase. It can vary from a few minutes to weeks. You experience an expansion in your consciousness which leads to a new way of being. You typically feel great. Maybe you view reality in a total new way, or open up to your essence more. Sometimes this experience of expansion in consciousness feels so amazing, so natural, that you cannot imagine that you will ‘loose’ that state of being again, when the next phase of the awakening process shows up.

At one point, the expansion has reached it limits for that moment. There will be a moment of stasis, before the next phase arrives: contraction. When there is stasis, things are settling in. You can still feel amazing, but there is no movement of expansion anymore. It is the first part of integration.

Most individuals prefer the phase of expansion, because it feels great. But actually it is very important to allow the total wave of transformation to happen. Tomorrow I will share why, when I talk about the contraction phase.

Today my working day was dedicated to spiritual expansion and inner nourishment.
I followed the inner calling of resting within and connecting with new energies coming through.
In response to these new energies, my heart opened widely. The energies moved all the way down into my pelvis, womb and feet. My steps on the earth were grounded and firm.

Creating this space for my Self is a vital part of being an energy healer. I serve as the vessel and the cup, channeling the needed energies for my clients highest purpose.

This past year has been a deepening journey in the sacred work of Womb Healing. When stepping forward as an energy healer, traumas and blocks are being purified in oneself to be able to hold space for clients and their healing journey. I have worked with themes like past life traumas and sexuality, loss and letting go and ancestral patterns in the feminine line. It was an initiation that I went through, resulting in a dedicated and passionate readiness to provide Womb Healings for my female clients.

I have witnessed healings of the womb that gave me goosebumps all over. Women stepping back into their power, owning their joy for life, connecting with their womb presence and releasing tears that have been buried for a lifetime or longer.

I am in love with the ever unfolding presence of the sacred feminine being. Her mysteries are so sweet. Her power is so present in dignity and truth. I welcome every woman longing to bring healing to her feminine being.
