I didn’t come here just to relax… I came here to feel God again. I’m here in this park… and a thought came to me.

Baruch Spinoza said God isn’t somewhere far away…
God is in everything. Including us.

And standing here, looking at all this… I feel it.
But let me be honest: most days, we don’t feel anything. We’re tired, overwhelmed, surrounded by noise, pressure, expectations…

And then we think we’ve lost the connection.
With ourselves… with life… with God.
But maybe we haven’t.Maybe we’re just too distracted to feel it.Because here… in silence… in nature…
something shifts.

My body relaxes.
My mind slows down.
And suddenly… I remember.

I remember who I am.
I remember I’m not alone.
I remember there’s something greater, always present.
Not outside of me…but within me.

In Ayurvedic medicine, a healthy libido is seen as a reflection of the vital energy called Ojas — which depends on good digestion, proper nourishment, and emotional balance.

When the body is inflamed, tired, and under constant stress…
desire simply fades away.

☑️ High sugar consumption increases inflammation and insulin resistance, which can interfere with hormone production.
☑️ Poorly planned diets may lead to deficiencies in vitamin B12, iron, zinc, and cholesterol — nutrients essential for hormonal balance.
☑️ Lack of exercise worsens circulation and metabolism and can reduce hormones related to sexual desire.
☑️ Smoking damages blood circulation and accelerates hormonal aging.
☑️ Alcohol may interfere with hormone production and the neurological response to pleasure.
☑️ According to European research on sleep and menopause, sleep deprivation alters cortisol and melatonin levels, affecting energy and libido.
☑️ When cortisol remains constantly high, the body enters survival mode — and sexual desire stops being a biological priority.
☑️ Low levels of vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and B-complex vitamins are common in women after 40 and can impact energy and hormonal balance.
☑️ Today we know that the gut plays a direct role in hormone metabolism.
☑️ Without rest, pleasure, and self-care, the body gradually loses vitality.

But that does not mean it cannot return.

Tem coisa que eu aprendi na prática:

Exercício não é só “treino”.
É um recado pro cérebro: “eu estou viva, eu estou aqui”.
Movimento regula humor, melhora sono, baixa a ansiedade e devolve clareza.
E oração, bons pensamentos, silêncio… É higiene mental, a força espiritual

Quando o corpo f**a pesado, a mente pesa junto.
Quando a mente perde equilíbrio o corpo sente.
Corpo, mente e espírito não se separam. Nos Vedas esse trio é conhecido por Sharira- Manas - Atman
