While I was out today, my husband casually decided to whip up our favourite Victoria Sponge in the Thermomix TM7 for our friends who were coming to watch the arrival of Sinterklaas outside Sally's Kitchen🎅🏻🚒⛵️

A fluffy sponge, raspberry jam filling, dusting of icing sugar, and a dollop of cream — all ready just in time for the festivities.

🥟 Homemade Gyoza! 🥟

Forget takeaway - these little gems can be made from scratch in my Thermomix 💚

From mixing and kneading the perfect dough to chopping the filling in seconds - everything is possible in the one bowl. I have to confess, that on this occasion, I didn’t make the dough as I had some store bought wrappers in the freezer that needed using.

A quick steam and a little pan fry for that golden crispy base… and voilà! There’s something so satisfying about making dumplings yourself! Japanese perfection at home 😋

Yesterday was a different type of Thermomix day 💚

Instead of me doing the cooking and showing others all about Thermomix, I first got to enjoy lunch with my ‘newest and oldest’ customer who bought their TM31 from me back in 2010 and came back to me to buy their brand new TM7.

Next up, was a beautiful dinner in the evening at another customer’s home, where I was treated to the most delicious salmon dish, followed by a homemade sticky date loaf with caramel sauce - all perfectly made in the Thermomix!

Days like this remind me why I love what I do - it’s not just about cooking 🥰

How can someone be both my newest and oldest customer? 💚

Back in 2010, when I first became a Thermomix consultant in Dubai, my friend bought their very first TM31 from me. Fast forward 15 years, a few countries, and a few model upgrades later to the latest Thermomix TM7 ⏩

Yesterday, I was lucky to enjoy lunch as a guest in their home, with this delicious Chicken, broccoli & goats cheese quiche & purple coleslaw. Entirely prepped & cooked in their shiny new TM7!
