For years, I feared emotions. They felt like wild roller coasters I couldn’t control.
My anxiety was so intense, I once froze choosing between a bus or a train home.

No one taught me emotions could lead instead of overwhelm.
Until I tried yoga.

It helped me pause, breathe, and stop reacting on autopilot.
With time, I started listening to my emotions and they began pointing me toward better choices.

Less anxiety. More clarity. And most importantly, a deeper trust in myself.

We’re used to seeing before & afters.
Toned bodies, weight lost, perfect routines.

But what if your real transformation can’t be measured like that?

Mine wasn’t.
It didn’t happen in a gym — it happened in quiet, internal shifts.
I went from not knowing who I was or what I deserved,
to never apologizing for who I am. ✨

I started setting boundaries.
Speaking truths.
