Summer is in full swing at our studios! 🌞

1. Our beach yoga classes have been back for a while now, and we’re absolutely loving the sunshine — it’s been showing up for us a lot lately! 💛

2. Away on holiday and can’t make it to the studio? No worries! Our members are still flowing through their practice with our online classes… we love to see it! ✨

3. There’s space on the mat for our little yogis too! Our parent-child workshops are SO sweet and such a joy to be part of.

4. We’re loving our SUP yoga sessions and all the sweet yogi’s who’ve joined so far! We hope to offer many more this summer.

5. Our SUP classes even made it into the newspaper — how cool is that?! 🏄🏽

Let’s keep doing LOTS of sun salutations this summer — so we can keep meeting each other outside, with the sun shining down on our mats! 🌞🧘‍♀️✨

Our Pilates Training (50 hours) is here! This training is for the curious movers, teachers of yoga/dance or other modalities, new teachers or students AND experienced teachers, as well.

You will learn the principles, explore the body, and find your voice.

With this training, you will walk away with:
⚘ A strong foundation in teaching Mat Pilates
⚘ Tools to sequence and adapt classes with confidence
⚘ Clarity around breath, anatomy, and teaching presence
⚘ A more refined relationship to your own body and movement practice
⚘ A creative, embodied approach you can apply across teaching and life

This training is taught by , movement educator with a background in yoga, Pilates and fascia-informed bodywork (Rolfing). Known for a clear and integrative approach, Maayke brings together structure and freedom, precision and play. Expect a space that invites curiosity, values the body’s intelligence, and welcomes your unique teaching voice.

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR RUNNING YOGI’S 👟

In February, we kicked off a 10-week workshop in collaboration with Running Totaal, where our yogis worked towards running 5 kilometers. Each session was immersed with a yoga practice after the run. And now, this journey has come to an end — with everyone going home with a medal, yeah! 🥇✨

The power of a silent walk 🌿

One of the activities during our retreat in Morocco is walking in silence for a few hours in the mountains. Along the way, we pause to admire the magic around us and take time for meditation and reflection.

Feel welcome do this at home in a nearby natural area 🙏🏼

✺ Let your thoughts come and go lovingly as you walk, gently bringing your attention to your feet on the ground and your breath.

✺ Engage your senses—breathe in the scents around you, feel the earth beneath your feet, and take in your surroundings.

✺ About halfway through your walk, find a peaceful spot where you can sit and meditate in silence for 30 minutes.

We’ve just arrived in the stunning landscape of Marrakech with a beautiful group of women, ready to immerse ourselves in yoga, meditation, and mindful walks in nature.
