We are hopping on the 2016 trend too! ♥️

For me, Nathaly, this was the year that I received my 200 hours Teacher Training, I opened the doors of Namasté Studio’s, hosted my very first retreat on Ibiza and my then 2-year old son was happily discovering the world around him.

How has it already been 10 years?!

2026 is the year we celebrate our 10th anniversary—something we’ll be sharing more about very soon… It will be a very special year for that reason alone, and we can’t wait to see what this year will hold for us, and for all of you 🙏🏼

‘Code oranje’ / Orange weather warning today! 🧡

It’s a winter wonderland and we’re absolutely loving it ❄️ The public transport and our bikes however… not so much. Today is a good day to take extra care, stay safe and practice at home! 🙏🏼

Dear Zeeland 🌊🤍 
Thank you for welcoming us once again! Just before Christmas, we spent a beautiful weekend in Domburg with this wonderful group.

We came together for yoga and movement practices, shared family-style dinners, and took mindful walks along the beach 🌾 
We had an absolute blast 🙏🏼 Thank you to all the participants for your warmth, openness, and beautiful energy. And thank you for hosting and holding this nourishing weekend with so much care. 
And this is not the last time we’ll be returning to this special place. You are warmly invited to join us again for our Fill Your Cup Retreat in February 2026!

This retreat is an invitation to move toward yourself and toward others—to feel the joy of being in motion, and the calm that follows when your body feels content and your mind feels alive again 🌷
