Sometimes she really doesn't like me when I'm not giving her television time, but a few days ago she told me that she really loves our adventures 🫶🏽🥲🥰🤞🏽🌿☀️

The Hidden Secrets of - It whispers.

Every day. All day.

Misunderstood, mislabeled—often long before the real story is ever told.

Cut the crap – make it yourself! 🫐🌿
This vegan homemade red fruit jam contains zero additives, no refined sugars, and absolutely no bullsh*t. (Scroll down for the recipe!)
Healthy (in moderation), super easy, and mega delicious! And so nice to do with your kid. ❤️🫶🏽

The blackberries are bursting in the park right now, and the blueberries come straight from our local community garden (one street away from ours).

Nature’s candy, baby! 🍓🫐🌱

🍓 Red Fruit Jam Recipe (Vegan & Refined Sugar-Free)

Ingredients:

300g fresh blackberries

200g fresh blueberries

2 tbsp organic agave syrup (adjust to taste, we did 4 hihi)

1 tsp lemon juice (fresh!)

1 tsp agar agar powder (vegan gelatine alternative)

Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor

Instructions:

1. Rinse the berries well and place them in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Let them simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally and mashing lightly with a spoon.

3. Stir in the agave syrup and lemon juice. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

4. In a small cup, dissolve the agar agar in 2 tbsp cold water. Add it to the berry mix and stir well.

5. Let the jam simmer for another 3–5 minutes to activate the agar agar.

6. Pour into a clean glass jar and let it cool. It will thicken as it sets.

7. Store in the fridge and enjoy within 1–2 weeks!
