January.. Not the sexiest month in photos, but full of movement in my ever-shifting internal landscape and the world around me.

Physical setbacks and waves of anxiety alongside beautiful things taking shape. Both are present and both are true. Again showing me that light and dark don’t take turns.. they live side by side, making it the whole ❤️

I’m opening private sessions for dancers who want to express more and worry less ✨

The social dance floor shouldn’t feel like a spotlight where you freeze. But sometimes it does - when you’re thinking instead of feeling, copying instead of creating, worried about looking right instead of being present.

Or maybe you just want focused work on technical precision in your fundamentals, variations or musicality.

In these sessions, I will meet you where you’re at. I bring everything I’ve learned and love: years of dance training, NLP, bodywork, breathwork.
