Hi, my name is Marcos – founder of El Sol Massages.
For me, massage is not just a technique.
It’s presence, connection, and balance – a mix of relaxation and sports techniques, adapted to what each body needs.
I often say our bodies are vehicles for our consciousness.
Just like a car needs regular service to keep running, our body also needs care – but in today’s storm of tasks and responsibilities, we often forget it.
That’s why I started El Sol Massages: to remind people how important it is to nurture both body and mind – and how good it feels to release tension, recover faster, breathe deeper and move with more freedom.
After years of experience in spas and hotels – and encouraged by the positive feedback of my clients – I chose to bring the art of touch directly to the comfort of your home.
