Vandaag de dag, is het niet vanzelfsprekend dat er geen oorlog in jouw land is...dat je vannacht een goede nachtrust had... dat je drinkwater en eten thuis hebt in een koelkast die op elektriciteit draait... en dat je geen g*t in je muur hebt, en überhaupt nog een dak boven je hoofd hebt.

Het is ook zeker niet vanzelfsprekend dat je ouders nog redelijk gezond en zelfvoorzienend zijn, en vooral, dat ze nog leven.

Het is ook niet vanzelfsprekend dat je kinderen geen gedragsproblemen hebben, dat ze zonder lichamelijke of geestelijke beperkingen zijn geboren en die niet krijgen terwijl ze opgroeien.

Het is niet vanzelfsprekend dat je mensen in je leven hebt, die om je geven, die bij je blijven. Ook als jij niet op je best bent, niet een goede gesprekspartner kan zijn of niet lekker in je vel zit.

Het is ook niet vanzelfsprekend dat jij je goed voelt, genoeg energie hebt en in goede gezondheid kan voortleven.

Mijn hart gaat vandaag uit naar iedereen, die ergens mee worstelt, hoe klein dan ook hun innerlijke worsteling is, vergeleken met de grote wereldse problemen.

Ondanks dat mijn eigen gedachten zelf wekelijks uitgaan naar de kleine dingen die ontbreken in mijn dagelijks leven (en die groot lijken, naarmate ik eraan blijf denken), tel ik ook mijn zegeningen. Ik hoop dat jij ook genoeg innerlijke kracht hebt, om ook jouw zegeningen te kunnen tellen. En als je kracht op is, hou ik je handje vast met een luisterend oor en een gesprek.

Emotional HEALTH, CLEANLINESS

NOT EVERYTHING needs to be EXPRESSED. CERTAIN THINGS need to be CARRIED

You need to learn to Carry your Own LOAD, your own PAIN, your own FRUSTRATION. This will give you your power back which is invisibility leaking away and resulting as depleetion, feeling of emptiness or tiredness. Learning to carry yourself will create (or at least enhance) your emotional maturity. This will give you emotional independance, stability and mental peace.

The environment is generally not interested or able to carry your emotions, your load, your sores for you. It's unrealistic to have those expectations. If someone carries it for you - it is an enormous mental load for them, it goes in expense of their health! And a treasure gift for your soul, which you may not see, not appreciate or not value in that moment.
Carrying each others overwhelming load creates unhealthy connection and on the long term results in a co-dependent toxic bond, urge or relationship.

When is it time to seek for help?

Probably almost every healthy person gets ONCE in lifetime into rowing toxic thoughts, unpleasant behaviour, a period of being over-emotional. If this lasts for more than 4 weeks - time to seek for help. If this last a few days on repeated basis (repeated more than 3 times) - time to seek for help. Other signs: your family members worry that you're stressed, not too well, not your usual & happy self. Other people in your enviroment ban you out, reject you, ignore you, forget you or don't have time for you - time for for you to seek centering, self-care & self-reflection.

All I'm talking here about - is not like that you can never have a conversation about your pains & sorrows with your friend or family member.

It's more that you don't urge them to save you, to rescue you, to be there for you so that you can deload & unleash your inner heaviness.

Solutions towards more inner/outer health:
1. It is healthy to carry yourself.
2. It is healthy to seek for help when you can't bare (parts of) yourself anymore
3. It is healthy to seek for the ways to DEAL with hardships that you are going through.
4. You deal with hardships by yourself, but you don't have to do it alone.
5. Who wants to do it with you? To support you in this process?

Please Stop Torturing Yourself.

Go to therapy.

I meet people who experienced an unpeasant impactful experience or a heavy trauma 10 years ago, 40 years ago
and
still
didn't
heal
from it.

The time didn't do it for them.

Thinking about it - didn't do it for them.

Talking over it again and again - didn't do it for them.

Going multiple times on holiday - didn't do it for them...

And it is still tuing in reactions in their body and in their psichy as if it is still happening today: causing heart palpitations, stress hormone jumps, hyperventilation and emotional pain.

Please, just STOP torturing yourself.
Go to therapy. Reprocess. Release. Reprogram your brain.

It is science proven way to heal the past image, emotions and help the-trauma-cooperating-neurons in the brain to disengage and to let that experience truly rest in peace.

Beginning usually loks like this: deep down one feels so magnetically drawn to the other, urging, exciting, even a little dangerous, and absolutely unpredictable. It feels so familiar, so deeply bonding on the certain level. Wow. Like a Twinflame. Spiritual experience...😵

Such bonding often has no great outome, but leaves one feeling devastated, hooked in mistreatment, rejection, ignorance of themselves, putting up the unfulfillable needs of the other. Simply said loving the one who does not want you. Or even worse - misinterpreting this pull-push entanglement as great sexual desire.

Genuine, sweet and caring person they will see as weak, desperate, uninteresting, unexciting and simply unattractive. Or in the worst case scenario: one will start thinking that these people do not exsist. 💔😥

Some people cannot just relate to healthy. They are addicted to suffering instead. Of course noone wants to choose for suffering, but exacty these unconsious & unhealed trails will lead them to falling in love with unhealthy, toxic, at times even abusive, obsessive or simply rejectful. Auch...
In the first place if won't even feel like abuse, noone is beating them up right? But emotional abuse line is way more invisible and usually unrecognisable at first. It may even last years... up to the point where they will stop seeing and stop believing that love, relationships and happines exist and are possible for them.

There is no shame if you find yourself in such situation. It only shows that you fully deserve to learn to love and be loved differently. Heal your bonding patterns, fall in a healthy and lasting love.

Many women think that their job or their income or their partner should secure their feeling of safety. But for instance there is the job and the income, and the partner who stays, but women still do not feel secure. One would fall in the pattern of working harder or putting extra pressure and requirements on the relationship. Unfortunately it usually gives adverse results and reveals as overworking, tiredness, broken expectations, dissapointments or disagreements.

Safety&security feelings are created and deeply bonded to drawing boundaries and feeling safe within your choices, uncovering deep truths about yourself which you kind of knew, but could not tap your finger on it. By clarifying your feelings and thin subconscious lines understanding what are the root causes of 'not secure feeling'. Also by quitting the patterns of overgiving and unrealistic expectations.
