Meet our new physiotherapist | Starting September 11. Want to learn more about Marni? Read on below!
Marni is a physiotherapist from Scotland who graduated with distinction from the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam. She specialised in international physiotherapy and completed a minor in sports.
For the past five years, she worked in Osdorp, where she focused on treating women with trauma-related physical complaints and mental health challenges. Now based in Haarlem, she brings her experience and holistic approach to a new community.
Marni’s treatments combine traditional physiotherapy with techniques such as cupping, dry needling, fascia-releasing methods, breathing therapy, mindfulness, and psychosomatic exercises. She also uses evidence-based movement therapy and brain-body integration techniques to help patients re-map the nervous system and treat the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms.
She believes in a whole-person approach to care, supporting both physical recovery and emotional well-being. Creativity, connection, and balance are central to her work. In her free time, she enjoys making art and music, being at the beach, and travelling to explore new cultures.
