That's why I love handstands so much! Watch till the end and let me know if you relate? 😜

That was officially the longest time I holded straight on a handstand.

Its been a long journey and it has teaches me so much, but above all patience. You cant force or push a handstand. It comes when you're ready to it.

And the thrill I get with every extra second in the air, with each little more control I have over my body is priceless!

Handstand is my favourite exercise ever ❤️

Following my previous post, here to remind you that YOU DESERVE THIS:

You deserve good things to come to your way!

You deserve all the good things that are happening to you right now

You deserve new opportunities

You deserve a great partner

You deserve amazing friends

You deserve to be successful

You deserve to be loved

You deserve to be happy
The moment you really believe in that I swear you will see huge changes in your life!
Is it hard to believe?
- make notes of the things you deserve

- spread them through the house or your bedroom, mirror, etc

- make affirmations and repeat them in the morning and evening before bed or any time that you feel or think the opposite

- Repeat, repeat and REPEAT it over and over and your brain will create new paths and your life new opportunities for you
You are made for greateness, for a whole, happy and fulfilled life. Nothing less!

It took me almost my entire life to realise that sometimes God things didn't happen to me cause deep down (on an unconscious level) I didn't feel like I deserve it.
When I'd finally get good things in my life I would sabotage myself (again unconsciously) pushing people and good things away, one way or the other.
Al of this was related to a deep sense of unworthiness and not feeling good enough. Everything started to change when I developed awareness of my thoughts and feelings.
That's why it's so important to really listen to what your mind is telling you. Most of the time is not true, but if you're not aware of it, it keeps running on the back of your mind like a computer program over and over. When you're aware of your thoughts, you can challenge them and remind you that YOU DESERVE ALL THE GOOD THINGS that can possibly happen to you cause:

YOU'RE WORTH
YOU'RE LOVABLE
YOU'RE ENOUGH

Do you want to learn how to do pull ups - chin ups?
Shoulder shrug is a simple, but essential exercise for you to learn and practice.
Alwaya before starting a pull up, the first thing you want to do is to shrug your shoulders getting in an active pose before lifting your own body, otherwise that will be way too heavy
Here is how you do it: with your arms stretched and your body hanging on the bar, pull your shoulders close to your ears and relax it for 3 x 10 sec. Think of trying to touch your shoulder blades and then relaxing then.
You can do it for 3 sets of 10 reps. You can also use a resistance band to help you out.

I always dreamed to have my own Gym corner at home 🏋🏽‍♀️
Finally I got one, right at the moment I'm unable to train properly because of my burnout.
But instead of being upset about it (as I'd usually feel before) I change it around and instead every time I pass by, it gives me feelings of gratitude, joy and hope for better days when I will crash it. Instead of focusing on the negative fact that I cannot use it now, I rather chose to focus on the exciting future that awaits for me!
Bottom line: I cannot change the fact that I have this beautiful gym at home and cannot use it for now, but I do have the CHOICE on how I react and deal to that.
Everything starts with thoughts. Chose yours wisely ❤️

How many times you proved yourself wrong when at first you didn't believe you could make it and then you got it?

I think that my biggest accomplishment was to make all my way from a poor disfunctional family in southern countryside town from Brazil to love my dream in The Netherlands. Also managed to study 2 bachelor degrees and speak 8 languages. So I can say with certainty that impossible is only a word 💪
