Ibiza agenda November 2023:

The final months of 2023, what a year, what a year. It felt like a time of transition. Translation of a new way of living, growing process as a facilitator( also growing amounts of facilitators, not necessarily a good thing) and my birth as a mother which transforms into my sessions. This transition I personally love, because it is so so needed. Caring, careful, warm and protected sessions where people can remember who they really are. Where they can learn about their self healing ability and their connection to nature. It Is not about movement, or the drugs high(!) It is about love and true connection to your own heart and its voice.

Coming weeks I will be back on ibiza. I will be recharging myself for what comes in 2024 but also be there for those who need me. Feel welcome.

REIKI & SOUND HEALING

By using the power of sound you can settle our body into wholeness. Our"Body" consists of different layers, which we can also call bodies: Fysical, mental, emotional and spirtual body.

Sound healing is an ancient cultural practice that makes use of singing bowls and chants to relieve pain. Simple explained: They bring the body back in tune. Sound healing can help keep your feelings in check by eradicating negative energies and thoughts from your body and mind.

Sound bowls are automatically calming the nervous system by their long soft tones. They put you into a deep state of relaxation through their vibrational healing.

REIKI & CHAKRAS | Ibiza

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. By clearing these wheels through Reiki we do a "clean up" for the whole body by starting at the core of your being. If the base of your spiritual body is clean, then the rest of the bodies follow(fysical, mental and emotional body).

During a regular Reiki treatment we also work on the chakras, but this is a more specific practice.

Reiki & Tuning forks | Book your treatment of 75 minutes / 90 minutes | Ibiza | November 2023

Reiki & Tuning forks is a 1:1 treatment. you lie on your back with your clothes on on a massage table. You don't have to do anything, just receiving and keep breathing ;). I put my hands on several places on the body to transmit the Ki energy through. The healing part you do yourself. The Tuning forks are a beautiful addition to this practice.

Tuning forks are part of what's known as sound therapy. This is an ancient cultural practice that makes use of singing bowls and chants to relieve pain. simple explained: They bring the body back in tune. Tuning forks are made in such a way that they generate a pure sound, with a specific amount of vibrations every second. But sound therapy is also about targeting your brainwave frequencies and the vestibulocochlear nerve in the ear. Tuning forks can help keep your feelings in check by eradicating negative energies and thoughts from your body and mind. Relaxation Tuning forks are notorious stress relievers. They put you into a deep state of relaxation through their vibrational healing.

IBIZA, are you ready for an energy boost?!

This January is going to be a vibrant one. I am flying to Ibiza with a bag full of energy, creativity and love to share. Different sessions, Yoga events, Treatments and a great way to kick off 2023 together.

I start on the Thursday 19th of January with a KAP session in the evening in the lovely Momo13 in San Lorenzo. KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process and is a wonderful way to peel of layers you don't need anymore. Some describe it as a reset, a trip or a journey: And the destination is HOME. Back to your heart desire, the core of your being. This energy transmission is one of a kind, I work with the beautiful energy Kundalini, which means Life Force Energy in Sanskrit. Allow yourself to surrender and let all that is arise.

Thursday 19th of January | 19:30 | Momo13 | San Lorenzo | IBIZA | €50,-

Sunday 22nd of January I will host another KAP session, in Santa Eularia at my favourite Yogastudio Ashram Ibiza, this ceremony will be combined with a masterclass Sound therapy, where I will introduce the magic of Tuning Forks. These beautiful instruments are working with sound waves and bringing the body back in tune. By using different hertz with different abilities it can have a great healing for the energetic body. After this masterclass you can fully surrender into KAP, where music will take over on a whole different level.

Sunday | 22nd of January | 10:30 | Santa Eularia | Ashram Ibiza

Monday evening 19:00 a whole other direction: We dive into the beauty of Yin, the feminine energy and fall in full surrender. Accompanied by live piano played by me! This winter event we host in collaboration with Ashram Ibiza and Yogi's of Ashram receive a discount of 10%. This yin practice nourishes the body on a deep level and works on the fascia so the Chi-energy can flow freely trough. No experience needed and for every body. Herbal tea & snacks will be served after class.

Monday | 23rd of January | 19:00 - 20:30 | €20,- per person.

Last but not least: 26th of January I will host a last morning session for all our KAP-lovers with kids in school, or maybe to treat yourself on Thursday morning! This KAP session will be a longer one: 75 minutes and a 2,5 hour in total. Treat yourself on this beautiful reset.

Reiki & Tuning Forks: What the FORK are those?

Tuning Fork Therapy is a very gentle, yet powerful modality to treat the body and mind and restore inner balance and health. It works with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restoring and can offer long-term benefits.

These forks use sound and vibration to balance the body's energy. It reduces tension and promotes emotional harmony, and works in a similar way to acupuncture. Instead of needles, sound frequencies are used to stimulate points in the body.

The combination of both practices is a gentle way of grounding the body and bringing it back in tune(literally). From this 0 point we can go deeper into receiving Reiki and the healing power of it. The sound therapy stays for the coming days with you, so you double benefit from both practices.

Getting ready for our Reiki session with a beautiful being in Germany. Did you know that a Reiki treatment can be facilitated on distance?

We have an introduction call in front to get to know each other and finding out your needs.

Make sure you can lie down in a room, the most comfortable in bed or om a mat, with something under your knees and a pillow under your head. A warm blanket is also nice and heat up the room a little extra because energy can cool off body quickly.

The first time i heard this sentence, was with the movie Moulin Rouge. The scene of Ewan McGregor singing for this love song for Nicole Kidman is just finished(This medley of all kinds of love songs, 🎼 Love lifts us up where we belong 🎼) and there comes a short outro where a voice sings: The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love and be loved in return.

I see how hard it is. It is hard to receive love. To open your heart to it and letting it in. To receive the time, the patience, and listening ear of others and that you have all the time in the world to just be you. That you don't have to stop now, because the love is endless and can have all of you, without getting annoyed or cutting you off. We cut ourselves off, just because we think we are not worthy enough to listen to, to hold, to hug, to be. But if your authentic being gets the freedom to shine in its full glory, you will see that when you let your heart speak, even if that is really scary, people will connect to your authentic self, because they feel that too. We are all connected. We are one.

It is also difficult to give love. Maybe not to your partner, your parents or your friends, but also to give love to someone you don't like. Or to someone who is very talented or different than you. To give love is also liking someones work, art, song, theatre or dreams. Without being jealous, or feeling that you are not enough because you are not doing the same thing. To truly love the beauty of someone. Without any expectations of yourself, but just by sending your love and connecting to your authentic being that can love this other person, thing or situation in full spectrum. Because your authentic being is not afraid, is not alone, is not jealous, but full of love and life force energy.
