How are you feeling?

This morning, I heard it again:
“Leslie, I’m so grateful for the things you share with me. I can actually feel moments of happiness. I never knew what that felt like.”
Can you imagine that?

I can. I’ve been there too.

And no — it’s not a quick fix. It’s a process that takes years.

The way it works is actually simple — just like breathing.
But if you were never taught how, how could you possibly know?

Feeling comes in phases and layers. It’s like slowly defragmenting yourself and becoming more whole.
You begin to slow down, soften, and realize you need less.
I’m finding more joy in my (simple) life, and the connections I create are becoming more real, more meaningful.

I can clearly sense what no longer fits me — and what does.
My needs are crystal clear, and I trust myself to follow them.
And sometimes… I don’t.
But even that is part of the path — to experience, to understand myself even more deeply.

There have been many “feeling chapters” in my life.
Before I could feel love, connection, or happiness…
I had to feel the pain. I had to sit with loneliness, with emptiness.
Eventually, you arrive somewhere in the middle —
where there’s more peace.
Peace with both the light and the dark.
Acceptance that all of it is okay.
That you are okay.
And that you can always make new, healthy choices — for yourself.
Every day, we die a little and are born again.
We sleep. We wake.

So many of the patterns you repeat in adulthood are the result of choices — conscious or unconscious — that you made yourself.
They become blind spots, automatic habits.

Realizing that?
Deeply liberating.

It gave me, twelve years ago, the courage to change direction.
To rewrite my own script.

And yes… it also means you can’t blame anyone anymore.

Tough luck 😜
No more hiding 🙃

Grateful for this work and for all the wonderful people I meet along the way. Over the years, I’ve connected with so many talented colleagues and formed deep, meaningful relationships. There’s no competition, no jealousy—just a shared understanding of our unique gifts and talents, with the sole intention of guiding others on their journeys. We create a space where people feel safe to surrender and explore these deep dives.

Together, we can achieve so much more than alone. I cherish my colleagues, and amidst the depth of our work, we embrace a playful spirit to maintain balance.

During this retreat, we worked with high-dose truffles in a safe and beautiful setting. If you’re interested in a deep dive with high-dose psychedelics in nature, guided by highly educated and experienced facilitators, feel free to contact me for more information about our 3-day retreat.

How are you feeling right now?
How is your breath?
How is your body feeling?
What’s the first thing that comes to mind?

When I tune into this moment, I feel excitement, but also a bit of overwhelm—a sense that I need to do something. It’s a rushing, “doing” kind of energy.
It feels like an orchestra of emotions, with excitement as the conductor.

But what if I pause and simply stay present with this excitement?
Joy begins to surface, along with pride and a deep feeling of, I’m going to rock this year.
Yes, it can feel overwhelming at times, but stepping out of your comfort zone and staying curious about the unknown is where the magic happens. It’s like boarding a train without knowing where it’s headed. That feeling adds wonder to life.

If you suppress those feelings, they can turn into anxiety. But if you allow them to flow, a whole new world opens up.

And I love that. I’m an adventurous woman with a curious spirit, drawn to the surprises of life.
Letting go of control and embracing where life takes me—that’s not magic; that’s living in the moment. It’s about taking action when it’s needed, not from a place of control, but from surrender to the process.

I love it. ♥️

Let’s talk about meditation. Many people find it challenging because they believe they need to achieve something specific, reach enlightenment, or completely silence their mind. But what if you let go of all those expectations? What if you simply sit down, close your eyes, and take a moment just for yourself—a moment to focus solely on observing your breath? Notice how your breath moves through your body. How does the oxygen flow into your nostrils and fill your lungs? Feel the exhalation and the release, the softness if you repeat this. What is the rhythm of your heartbeat? What sensations arise in your body? How do you feel right now, and what do you need in this present moment?

Perhaps you feel the urge to take a deep sigh, just to release and tune in to what you need. For me, that is meditation: creating a sacred moment with myself, shutting out the outside world, and connecting to that inner, sacred space. It’s a space where everything is allowed to exist—my thoughts, my feelings—but without needing to engage with them. I simply observe and notice. In doing so, I strengthen my connection with myself and gain clarity on what I truly need. That’s meditation for me.

Tap into myself, the rest wil follow.. no expectations. Just BE and stand still were you are right now. Take that sacred moment with yourself.

Have a mindful day 🙏🏼♥️

How I see perfection..

Perfection is not inherently wrong.
It can be a powerful ally in getting things done. However, perfection becomes a problem when your inner critic constantly tells you that nothing is ever good enough. If you can view perfection as the understanding that everything is already as it should be – including your mistakes and learning moments – you can learn to be perfectly imperfect.

This morning, I had a coaching session with someone who sees his perfectionism as an obstacle. Yet that same perfectionism – and the dedication to it – has been one of the driving forces that helped them overcome a 30-year co***ne addiction. Every day, he is doing his best: meditating, practicing mindful breathing, writing gratitude lists, and even praying – despite not being very religious. “It helps me,” he said, “and that’s why I keep doing it.”

This week, he received great news from his cardiologist: his heart has healed. ❤️‍🩹
I told them that perfectionism played a part in this as well. Everything we do to become a better person for ourselves and others, will eventually bear fruit. This is not a spiritual fluffy thing.. this is science, heartcoherence, braintraining, emotional understanding about our patterns and how to change the game and mastering yourself. And yes, sometimes we need to be a little obsessed to heal, because when you do, on the long term the biological system will change. If you have patience you will get the reward..

Make friends with your perfectionism. Thank that part of yourself and use it to achieve your goals. But also remind yourself that you are already perfect just as you are. Every step toward a healthier body, a clearer mind, and a stronger soul is a perfect act of self-love.

Don’t reject perfection – make it your ally.
You are and always will be perfectly imperfect.

How you deal with perfection?

If people ask me. What is your goal in life? I reply, Just live, stay healthy, be a good human, and be part of a team that brings color, peace and joy into the world. It feels like a mission to be an inspiration for others to live in a state of abundance without really having a lot of money. Abundance is how you experience life, not how much money you have in your bank account. The abundance lies in the choices I make and the experiences I give myself and others that opens my heart. ❤️

I don’t know the plan of god. I only know that I am dying once, so living is my biggest goal. Tha’s already a challenge.
As a child I always wanted to help the people who are in need, now I help people to help themselves.

It’s better to help people fishing, than catch the fish for them.
Everyone is capable of making steps to a better life. The choice is yours.

Selfmastery starts with self..

Yesterday was your birthday, my daughter Jasmijn. Flower of God.
July 13th, 33 years that have flown by.
It always remains a special moment.
Reflecting on all the past years.
Motherhood, but also your life.
Our family motto is, no matter what happens, always keep laughing.
And we certainly do!
This is definitely worth a big hearty congratulations!
Long live life with you! ♥️☀️🥳

— Ullie-Kaye

“And if you have ever been abandoned, be a constant. If you have ever been wrapped up in nights so dark, you could not find your way back home, be light. If you have ever fallen apart into a thousand, fractured pieces and wondered where on earth everyone has gone, be present. If you have ever felt unworthy, unbeautiful, unseen, unknown, unheard, be love. I tell you the truth. Some of the most precious things we learn are from the fires that we've endured.”

Soultraveling

The path we have traveled so far is the experience that we can share to inspire others. I see that as a gift. I am a storyteller and love to share my magical adventures with everyone who wants to hear them. In addition, i give various sessions or workshops in the direction of self-help that brings you back to your authentic self. My life is about self-development and my wish is to share my experiences and knowledge in several places around the world. Healthy eating, life, sexuality, yoga, breathing, discovering your passion, dancing, music, creativity, working with energies, being and staying mindful, rituals, prayers, living from your own nature and completely in flow. That is what I am interested in and that is what I love to do, inspire others to become fully alive. Together we can be the change we want so see…
