28 entrepreneurial and corporate women and men from a wide range of cultural backgrounds have decided to write a book about it: ‘Ready For Female Leadership: The Future is NOW’. The book is a collection of essays, and each offers a unique ‘call to action’ to make this happen.

Besides the book, the Ready For Female Leadership Foundation was created to offer a platform promoting and supporting gender balance and female leadership. In the next year, we hope to organize activities to do so.

It's with great pride, I share this post here. We're ALMOST ready to launch a book that has taken many hours of editing and coordinating in getting it ready to be published.

Female leadership is a current topic that many leaders and authorities are engaging in to understand how it contributes to the success of their enterprises and communities.
The path to female leadership brings new challenges and creates the need for innovative solutions.
Therefore, a group of more than 25 experts (women and men) decided to write a book about it.
