🤩 EXCITING NEWS- Welcome Tasmyn Duarte DC to the team 🤩

As our practice continues to grow, so does our ability to serve more people with intention, connection, and heart. Because of this growth, we are so excited to officially welcome Tasmyn to our practice 💛

Many of you already know Tasmyn. She has supported the practice while Kelly has been away, and you may have met her at our events or seen her around the practice over the years. She is a fellow South African, a beautiful soul, and a deeply aligned chiropractor who truly embodies our vitalistic philosophy.

🗓 Tasmyn will be starting from 9 February and will be available:
• Mondays: 3–7pm
• Thursdays: 8–12pm (working alongside Kelly)

We are so grateful to be growing our team and expanding our capacity to support more individuals and families on their healing journeys ✨

On 18 September 1895, D.D. Palmer delivered the first chiropractic adjustment in Davenport, Iowa—marking the birth of chiropractic care. This wasn’t just the start of a profession, it was the beginning of a vitalistic approach to health. 🌿

Chiropractic is rooted in the understanding that the body is intelligent and self-healing when free from interference. By removing spinal subluxations, chiropractors help restore the body’s natural ability to function at its best—allowing life to flow freely.

Today we celebrate 130+ years of chiropractic, honoring its origins and the timeless principle that healing comes from within. 👐💚

✨ Nervous System Reset ✨

Recently we were so grateful to host a special breathwork class here at the practice with breathewithceci! 🌬️

We explored the power of the breath, nervous system regulation, and how chiropractic care and breathwork beautifully complement each other. When the spine and nervous system are in balance, the body can breathe more freely — creating space for deeper calm, better focus, and greater resilience.

A big thank you to zaatar_restaurants for the delicious vegetarian treats that nourished us afterwards 🥗💚

This past Saturday we had the incredible opportunity to dive deep into establishing continuity by using Bio-Geometric Integration®(BGI®) principles with some amazing souls from practices across the Netherlands 🌀✨

BGI® isn’t just a technique—it’s a philosophy that beautifully blends the geometry of the body, the flow of energy, and the innate wisdom we’re all designed with. It’s a vitalistic reminder that healing doesn’t come from us, but through us—honoring the body’s natural intelligence and the sacred geometry of life itself. 🌿
