This beautiful rose was once a very weak plant, she was one among the rescues I got from a nursery owners family as the owner had passed away and the family sadly forgot many of the plants for a 🥹full summer, as they were too comsumed with the loss and they live an hour away 😥we can all imagine how awful they felt when they saw all these plants they had forgotten. Anyway they called me a day before my birthday and said i could have them if i wanted but they were mostly dead 😓I just couldnt ignore such a call so I brought home around 25 +plants and had to nurse her to life last winter in my sun room, and when I planted her in our forest garden, I was keeping an eye on her - just incase she may need more care. But look at her now, this winter she has braved February’s cold cold night and days
With petals that stood up to the frost, standing strong facing the light, What a bold reassurance - Everyone heals with love ❤️ Love is the good medicine ❤️
In the quiet of the cold, she shows us how to bloom,That even in the darkest times, even when you think you are finished, its over - there's a possibility to find our rhythm ⭐️back.

Through storms and winds, she learns to stand tall! Reminding us all, it’s okay to rise after each fall. No matter the season, no matter the fear,
Growth happens if we wont give up!

Podcast - The reason why I NEVER gave into creating a podcast was kind of selfish 🫣🙈I din't want to create a podcast where I am easily bored, not learning or saying anything new🙃but repeating. Saying the same things I share during sessions did not make sense. I was asking but what's in it for my heart & soul? I dint want to do it just for other reaaons!
So even though i had this idea for a podcast for the last4 years, I din't start with it as i was not feeling the right fire,and had no great reason to start,but suddenly I had this burning fire about The Podcast 🤩in the depth of my winter rest, this seed I planted 4 years ago sprouted and grew into a plant 🤣, which is growing too fast into a tree! So now I am all IN for podcasting 🥳You can see it was a little party today!!!!

Now I am IN 😍all IN for podcasts, video, audio, with guests, without guests, as I felt in my heart and experienced the power of connection and coming together! It is soul stirring, an awakening that can happen in our collective. And we get to hear stories together - and heal together! Can it get any better? 😍These stories that flow out are like fallen stars 🌟like little missing pieces we can weave them all together for ourselves & for the collective healing for us - our world! And this fills my heart & soul - right reason to start anything!❤️🙏🏽🌟

In the quiet hum of the forest and the soft whispers of the wind, I’ve learned that life is not just about what we give,but also about how and what we receive. It’s beautiful to shed our ego mind and dance like a ray of light above all these but if you are still a human with emotions and a heart, read on.

I have had trouble asking for help or requesting a favour even to friends in the past as I always felt other people needed something more than I did or that I could handle it by myself. It surely had to do with me having to forge my path and carve out my existence everywhere I lived before but in the last couple of years, I learned to ask for help and it truly softened me in ways I don’t know I could soften. It’s truly important to keep the cycle of giving and receiving sacred so we can pour out all the love and create our dream life. Nature, in all her grace, has endless gifts to offer—life-giving air, the warmth of the sun, the soothing rhythm of the sea. Every leaf, every pebble,each ray of light, each raindrop holds a lesson in resilience, patience, and connection. And these are all gifts we receive. As we receive these gifts, Let’s think of the many ways we can give back to her in someway too! This helps us to practice this sacred dance with humans too.

To live in service of nature as one of her daughter’s is to recognize the sacred bond we share with our first mother Earth. It’s to tend to her with love, honor her with respect, and celebrate the beauty in her simplest moments. In giving back to the land, we find our own roots deepening, our hearts expanding, and our spirits flourishing. Sun is shinning here today and I am slowly making new plans for more tea ceremonies and gatherings in our little Forest.

May we all remember: we are not separate from nature, we are nature 🌿✨Be love. Be Kind!

Life surely has a sweet way of surprising us when we least expect it. Some years ago, I was known as an artist and social worker - selling my art, exhibiting at iconic venues like the Chelsea City Hall in London, and even gracing newspaper & magazine articles. 🎨 I would sponsor and be actively taking part in many projects to help people in need.
The small success feeling was undeniable, but something was happening in the background, not many new. I was doing all my shamanic work for 😌free, yes, zero charges. I was always counselling, guiding and giving herbal support, offering home healings, soul retrivals, freely bringing business clarity sessions all free of charges as this is what I did in India for years. It got to a point where I had people sitting in my living room till 😵‍💫😱2 or 3 in the morning, when i was also caring for my baby as an immigrant here with zero support system and family.Yes, I paid a huge price for not having set healthy and clear boundaries in the start.Some donated something if they were kind and almost 99% dint even bother to give a review. I come a line of shamans who self sacrificed. My father even advised me to not charge as we never charged for spirit work. Ironically my father himself became severely ill ( beautiful yet a long story for another time ) and i have to thank this illness he had for helping me rise, long story short, ancestral spirits pushed me off my 1000 year old ancestral trauma to step up and receive the money flow I deserved to build my life and help my family in India through the most soul breaking tragic phase we ever faced as family. But after this my life started blooming like a 🪷 lotus ❤️ from the mud to the 🌞 My soul had to go through tough learnings to see how I could learn to work with money. So grateful for all these teachings, this is why I am successful in other creatives & coaches break open their business blocks, help them to bloom.

In a world where we as consumers have zero idea or control about the quality of food products we get in our markets like the recent scare of contaminated blue berries by one of the leading supermarkets in the Netherlands, 😵‍💫😱we are reminded of the importance of careful, mindful choices for everyday life. I don't want to tag the name of the supermarket here. ( on purpose) These poisons, additives and preservatives are messing with your mind( YES) & hormones.

Its not like I woke up one day and thought, hey let me grow a little food forest for fun. It was my big wish and need to know the quality of products I serve all of you and my own family.

We lovingly grow our herbs here and this is what I do after my one on one coachings and retreat programs. Its work , yes but beautiful, rewarding work.

I have always deeply listened to the needs of my clients, and started pouring all my knowledge, energy and time in striving to offer products that nourish not just the body but the soul, from the comfort of your own home. Our products were around since 2020 but it's just last year, I started sharing it online. ☺️
