🧡 “Due to Equine 74 Gastric, my horses use their body better” – Anna Rees 🧡

British showjumping rider Anna Rees was looking for a way to solve stomach issues in her competition horses. After several recommendations, she tried Equine 74 Gastric on a tense mare—within weeks, the horse jumped much better.

🐴✨ “That’s the best indication you can get,” Anna says.

“I felt my horses weren’t comfortable in their stomachs. Since starting Equine 74 Gastric, they are happier. One mare with ulcers improved within three weeks, another, always slim and tense, is now relaxed, gaining weight, and jumping better.”

💚 Natural acid buffer. Optimized pH balance. Better performance—without compromise.

❄️❄️ Magnesium in Winter – Essential for Your Horse! 🐴💙

Winter means less grazing – instead, hay becomes the main part of the diet. 🌾 But be careful! The magnesium content in hay can vary greatly depending on soil quality and farming methods. At the same time, longer stall times can increase stress and lead to muscle tension. A magnesium deficiency often shows through:

⚡ Spookiness & Nervousness
⚡ Muscle Tension
⚡ Circulatory Issues
⚡ Fatigue & Lack of Motivation

Even with high-quality hay, magnesium levels can be insufficient in winter. Equine 74 Gastric can support your horse: It not only contains magnesium but also features a unique sponge-like structure that efficiently buffers stress-related excess stomach acid, promoting your horse’s well-being.

💓 Healthy stomach. Happy horse. A healthy stomach is THE FOUNDATION for everything. It is THE FOUNDATION for the most precious moments together. 🐴

(Antiparasittære midler i dyrehelsen: Quo Vadis? Paul M. Selzer og Christian Epe, Trends in Parasitology, januar 2021, vol. 37, nr. 1).

Imagine this: You arrive at the stable, and your horse is behaving differently than usual. A moment of shock – you suspect colic! 😧 But how can you recognize the first signs? And what should you do?

Here are important tips on colic in horses:

1️⃣ Recognize typical colic symptoms: Good observation is key! Know your horse’s normal behavior to notice any changes.

2️⃣ Check PAT values: Pulse, respiration, and temperature are important indicators. Resting pulse: 28-44, respiration rate: 8-16, body temperature: 37.5-38.2°C.

3️⃣ Monitor manure output: Lack of or reduced manure can be a sign. Horses defecate 5-12 times a day.

4️⃣ Listen to gut sounds: Left side – continuous sounds, right side – gurgling. Too few or too loud sounds may indicate colic.

5️⃣ Test capillary refill time: Gently press on your horse’s gums. The return to normal color should take no more than 2 seconds.
