15 km in the sun today ☀️🥾
This year I set a simple goal for myself:
👉 At least once a week, a 10 km walk or hike.
So far – done ✔️
And on top of that, a few shorter walks during the week (plus strength training, salsa and yoga continue as always 💃🧘♀️🏋️♀️).
Today the weather was sunny and beautiful, and I asked my partner to take me on a longer adventure — 15 km. We took our time, enjoyed the views, had a few peaceful breaks… and interestingly, I wasn’t nearly as exhausted as I expected.
Consistency really works.
Step by step, week by week, the body adapts.
Endurance grows. Mind gets stronger.
It’s not about extremes. It’s about showing up regularly.
