Better late than never! Here’s your Capricorn season overview and our intention of the month 💛

Capricorn season isn’t asking us to rush or prove anything.
It’s inviting us to slow down, commit with intention, and build something that can last.

Real, sustainable growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through small, steady choices — made again and again.

This month, I’m practicing patience over pressure. Consistency over urgency. And trusting that what’s built with care will support me for years to come.

This is the year to commit to the long-term goals and dreams that are filled with intention and purpose, instead of only chasing the fleeting pleasures of the moment🤍

Waiting for the perfect moment to calm your nervous system is how you never calm your nervous system 🤷🏼‍♀️(in time anyway)

Here's me, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, realising I was in no shape or condition to go out and teach a yoga class 😅

So I sat down for a 3 min Pranayama practice to regulate.

Messy hallway.
Shoes half on.
Gum in mouth.
Toddler screaming upstairs.
Zero vibes.

Because these powerful tools aren’t only for the scheduled time, the sit-down candle lit meditation, or the "perfect setting". They’re for this exact moment, exactly when you need it. When you’re overstimulated, under-resourced, and two seconds away from snapping.

Here's to not loose out $h!t in 2026 🥰

Struggling with binds? me too!

As someone who has struggled with shoulder injuries for years my shoulders does not usually like binds, so I tend to avoid them. However, when I take the time to prepare carefully and intentionally, they become way more accessible for my body, without pushing any pain boundaries! ✨

Binds don’t come from yanking yourself into shapes — they come from preparation, mobility, and patience.

These are the exercises I tend to go for to prepare my shoulders for binds, focusing on opening the shoulders, chest, and moving into internal/external rotation so binds feel accessible, spacious, and sustainable 🤗 Hope they can help you too!
