Semesteret starter 2.09 og varer til 11.12

Discover the Secret to Strong Abs Without Compromising Your Spine!

When it comes to achieving strong abdominal muscles, many people think it's impossible if you have back issues or can't perform traditional exercises on the floor. But fear not, because there are safe and effective ways to work on your core without risking your spinal health. Here's how:

1. Standing crunches
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly bring your arms down to meet your knee, engaging your obliques.

2. Seated Leg Lifts
Sit on a chair with your back straight. Slowly lift one leg at a time, engaging your core muscles. This exercise helps to strengthen your abs without putting pressure on your spine.

3. Standing Side Crunches
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly bring your elbow down to meet your knee on the same side, engaging your obliques. Alternate sides for a balanced workout that supports your spine.

Stand facing a wall and place your hands on it at shoulder height. Step back slightly and engage your core, holding the position as if you were doing a plank on the floor. This exercise minimizes back strain while working your abs.

5. Deep Breathing Exercises
Believe it or not, deep breathing can engage your core muscles. Sit or stand comfortably, inhale deeply while expanding your abdomen, and then exhale while contracting your abdominal muscles. This is a gentle way to strengthen your core daily.

I sat down for a moment, reflecting on a year that has been a whirlwind of activity. From one project to the next, I’ve been dashing from one gym to another, moving from consultation to consultation.
Every time I completed a project, a new one was already on the horizon. And December? It didn't slow down at all; it became even more intense. Yet, despite the pace, I absolutely love what I do and cherish each success my clients achieve.
Looking ahead to next year, I aim to expand my reach even further. I want to help more women and men return to fitness and educate them on healthy eating and lifestyle choices.

Cheesecake low carb.

cheesecake makros

P 100g. C 13g. F 80g.

Components

6 eggs
400g cottage cheese
1 cup erythritol
aroma I add vanilla or orange
Pam

I keep the eggs and cottage cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes before preparing.

I preheat the oven to 145 degrees.

preparation
Blend all components together except Pam
pam spry in the form
I pour everything into a form
I put it in a preheated oven 145' for 45 minutes, sometimes a moment longer.
