Supta Matsyendrāsana, or reclined supine twist, is one of the gentlest ways to unwind tension from an endo body 🦋

If your lower back, hips or belly feel tight, inflamed or overstimulated, this is your pose.

Why it can be helpful for endometriosis:
• Releases deep hip + lower-back tension from years of guarding

• Supports digestion + reduces abdominal discomfort

• Encourages pelvic organs to relax with gentle compression + release

• Calms the nervous system → less stress-driven pain sensitivity

• Improves diaphragmatic breathing, which supports the pelvic floor

• Low-impact + flare-friendly (no forcing, just soft twisting)

This variation is safe, grounding and incredibly soothing for endo bodies, especially when your nervous system is stuck in “protect mode.”

Save this for your next gentle practice 🌿

celery juice isn’t curing your endometriosis, it’s just really impressive marketing😖🫣

And no shade to the commenter who inspired this video 💛 I don’t know her stance on celery juice at all, it just made me realize how many people are still being sold “miracle” fixes with zero science behind them.

Here’s the truth:

🥬 What celery juice actually does:
• Hydrates you (like… water)
• Gives you vitamin K + a few antioxidants
• Tastes green

🚫 What it doesn’t do:
• Detox your liver
• Heal chronic inflammation
• Balance hormones
• Treat endometriosis
• Replace fibre (juicing removes it)

Better option?
Eat the celery. Keep the fibre. Save the money.
And use evidence-based tools that actually move the needle: nervous system regulation, supportive yoga, anti-inflammatory habits, personalized nutrition, and real pelvic health work.

If you want the science-backed side of wellness, not the potentially harmful bs, you’re in the right place 🤝💛

——
Just to clarify: I’m not saying Anthony William has made specific claims about endometriosis, I honestly don’t know his exact wording. What I do know is that he’s the person who popularized the whole celery-juice movement, and he has grouped endometriosis together with other reproductive conditions he says celery juice can help. Whether he’s made direct endometriosis claims or not, the important part is that these ideas come from him… not from science. And there’s no evidence showing celery juice treats endometriosis or chronic inflammatory conditions.

Have you tried Bananasana (aka banana pose)? 🍌🧘🏼‍♀️

It’s one of my go-to poses for
endometriosis relief, especially on days when my body feels tight, inflamed or overstimulated😖

This gentle side-bend helps open up your ribs, hips and belly, creating space for your organs and easing the deep tension that often builds up around the pelvis. It also helps stimulate circulation, and relax your nervous system. Which means less pain and more softness.

It’s basically a full-body exhale 🌬️

Try it tonight:
lie on your back, slide both legs and arms slightly to one side until your body forms a banana shape, breathe slow + deep, and stay for a few minutes.

Have you been wondering if the FieFlow endo yoga program is the right fit for you? 🤔

Helene Alsaker was one of the first that tried it out, and was sweet enough to share her experience - so you can make an informed decision 💗

Here is what she said:
“It’s so thoughtfully and thoroughly created, you can really feel how much care and knowledge went into every part of it.

What I really appreciate is that it’s not one of those ‘have you tried yoga?’ quick fixes. This course actually gives you a variety of tools, practices, and insights you can implement in your own way, at your own pace.

It covers all the important aspects you need to know when living with endometriosis. And what I loved most is the approach to the body. It’s not about restriction or what you can’t do — it’s about listening, exploring, and finding what truly feels good for you.

And the yoga sessions themselves are just so lovely and calming. 💛

If you’re thinking about joining the Endo Healing Roadmap, I can really recommend it!” — Helene A.

When I read this, I honestly teared up a little 🥹
Creating this course took SOOO much research, trial, long convos and heart. Knowing that it’s helping women like Helene feel safer, calmer, and more connected to their bodies makes it all worth it!

If you’ve been curious about learning how to manage your endo holistically, from nervous system work and gentle yoga to nutrition, cycle syncing, and more — this course is for you.

🌿 Feeling safe in your body is the first step towards healing.

Child’s Pose for Endo Relief 🤍

If you’ve ever curled up during a flare, your body already knows the instinct behind this pose. Balasana (child’s pose) is like a full-body exhale. A gentle but powerful way to soften pain, regulate your breath, and remind your nervous system that it’s safe to rest.

On flare days, it can:
🌸 Ease pelvic and lower back tension
🌿 Calm cramping by improving circulation to the uterus and hips
🌼 Support digestion and reduce bloating
💗 Help you ground emotionally when the pain feels overwhelming

But it’s not just for flare days. Practicing this pose regularly helps your body build a sense of safety — so when pain arises, your system doesn’t jump straight into panic mode.

Try kneeling down, big toes together, knees apart, and melt your chest toward the floor. Rest your forehead, let your belly soften, and breathe slowly. Stay as long as it feels good, no pressure, no pushing. Just presence.

Your body is doing her best. This is you helping her 🌷

Have you tried child’s pose on flare days? How does it feel for you? Let’s share what helps, someone else might really need it today 💙

Butterfly pose for endo? 🦋
It’s one of the gentlest ways to help your body release tension and calm pain. I can’t go a day without it!

If you live with endometriosis, there’s a good chance you carry a lot of tightness in your hips and lower belly. That’s your body’s way of protecting you, but it can actually make pain worse over time.

Baddha Konasana (or butterfly pose) helps:

🧘‍♀️ Open the hips and inner thighs

🌸 Improve pelvic circulation

💛 Calm the nervous system and ease cramping

🌿 Support digestion and hormonal balance

When you sit in this pose and breathe deeply, you’re telling your body it’s safe to relax. That safety is what begins to lower pain sensitivity over time.

Try sitting tall, bringing the soles of your feet together, and letting your knees drop open. Take slow, deep breaths into your lower belly. Stay for a few minutes. Let your body melt.

Have you tried butterfly pose before? How did it feel for you? I’d love to hear your experience 🩷

🍫✨ HOW I MAKE MY ENDO-FRIENDLY COCOA (and why every single ingredient is in there 👇)

This isn’t just a cozy drink, it’s a little healing ritual for my hormones, inflammation, digestion, mood, and pain levels. Every single ingredient is there for a reason🌙💛

Here’s what’s in my cup & why:

🥄 Cocoa powder – The star of the show. Cocoa is packed with magnesium (helps relax muscles and reduce cramps), iron (amazing if you have heavy periods), and antioxidants that lower inflammation and support hormonal balance. It even boosts serotonin and endorphins aka mood lift.

🌿 Turmeric – Nature’s anti-inflammatory superhero. It helps reduce the chronic inflammation that fuels endo symptoms, supports liver detox (important for estrogen balance), and aids in pain reduction.

🧂 Maldon sea salt – A pinch of natural sea salt supports electrolyte balance, improves digestion, and helps the adrenals — which are often under pressure when you’re dealing with chronic pain or fatigue. It also makes the chocolate taste richer 😍

🍯 Date syrup – My sweetener of choice. Unlike sugar, it’s packed with minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, so it’s easier on your blood sugar and digestion. That means more stable energy and hormones.

🌶️ Black pepper – Tiny but mighty. It increases the absorption of turmeric by up to 2000% (yep, really), so you actually get the full anti-inflammatory benefits.

🥥 Shredded coconut – A source of healthy fats that support hormone production, stabilize blood sugar, and calm inflammation. It also adds fiber and texture. + the healthy fats help your body absorb the other nutrients more effectively.

🌼 Chamomile – I brew strong chamomile tea and use it as the base instead of water. It’s soothing, anti-spasmodic, and calming.

✨ And ofc, a sprinkle of cinnamon for better circulation, blood sugar balance, and extra anti-inflammatory power.

And bonus: it tastes like a hug.

Would you try it? 👇
