Friends Therapy is an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic dedicated to treating a mixed population and community with limited access. Our office is conveniently located off I-45 in the heart of Madisonville, Texas, across the street from Bucee’s. This provides access to the surrounding areas including Centerville, Leona, Normangee, Midway, Bedias, and Iola, Texas. There is a higher population of senior citizens that reside in Madisonville and the surrounding area. Our clinic will provide skilled PT services, general health and wellness, and fall risk prevention to the surrounding communities. Our clinic will be open from 7am-7pm to provide services to those patients who work 8 hours in a day. Our clinic will provide patient centered care through our amazing staff of two physical therapists, a physical therapist assistant, a physical therapy technician, a front desk secretary, a billing manager, and an operations coordinator. The desire to open this clinic is that there is a need for physical therapy services in this area. The nearest OP therapy clinic is located in Bryan, Tx approximately 40 minutes away. Our aim is to provide care for all ages with a focus in the geriatric population within the Madisonville County community.

Ross Geller DPT, PT, GCS
Ross Geller received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Columbia University in 2007. Three years later, in 2010, he graduated from Columbia University Doctor of Physical Therapy program with a doctorate degree. He worked at Cynergy Physical Therapy, New York for the last 5 years where he became a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS). Ross needed a change in scenery and wanted to provide holistic care to a geriatric population in need which is why he chose Madisonville, TX to open F R I E N D S Therapy.
Rachel Green DPT, PT
Rachel Green graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s of exercise and sports science in 2012. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Baylor University in 2015. She has been in practice for 5 years in which she has taken multiple CEU’s to advance her career and manual skills. She brings unique skills to Friends Therapy to enhance quality patient care. At F R I E N D S Therapy,Rachel will be in charge of conducting and overseeing the balance and fall prevention classes.
Richard Burke PTA
Richard was born and raised in Bryan, Texas. He graduated from Blinn’s Physical Therapist Assistant program with an associate’s degree in 2000. He has been in practice for 20 years where he strives to provide evidence-based practice and old-fashioned personalized care. At F R I E N D S Therapy he will be assisting Rachel with the balance and fall prevention classes, to ensure that patients receive quality care.
Joey Tribbiani: Tech
Joey grew up in New York where he was chasing his dreams of becoming a well-known actor. He fell in love with his girlfriend of 3 weeks which led him to move to the great state of Texas. Although Joey’s passion is to continue to pursue his acting career, his fun-loving and outgoing personality allows him to work great with the staff and patients. He is always willing to assist and help out, even if he requires strict directions to allow him to perform his duties. He will be a great quality to the team and keeps everyone laughing.At F R I E N D S Therapy, he will be overseeing our gym every morning from 7-8am as well as helping the PT’s and PTA’s with patients from 7am-1pm.
Janice Litman: Tech
Janice is a long time “friend” of our Billing Manager, Chandler. When she got word that our Clinic was hiring a new Tech Position she was eager to fly down to Madisonville, TX to join our F R I E N D S Therapy Family. Janice has an eager personality to help out and is often overly willing to assist Chandler. Regardless of her drama queen personality and nasally voice, she makes great contributions to our team. She will be helping with patient’s from 1-5pm and overseeing our gym every afternoon from 5-7pm.
Phoebe Buffay: Front Desk Secretary
Phoebe is an aspiring musician who has worked part-time as a Secretary with her dear friend Ross. She followed Ross to Texas to continue to pursue her music career in hopes of attaining a more country-western genre. She has recently released a new hit “Smelly Cat” and would love for you to take a listen. Phoebe is very friendly and enjoys greeting and communicating with others. She speaks many languages including French, Spanish, and Italian increasing her qualities of working as F R I E N D S Therapy front desk secretary.
Chandler Bing: Billing Manager
Chandler graduated from Columbia University with an undergraduate degree in Business with a minor in Accounting and Administration. He also has his certification for billing ICD10 and CPT coding. At F R I E N D S Therapy, Chandler will be managing all activities and staff in the billing function and overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Chandler will manage investigations and resolutions of billing errors the therapists might make. On the side, he does statistical analysis to save money to support his friend who doesn’t make a lot of money. Chandler is a skilled foosball player and has participated in multiple competitive competitions around the US.
Monica Geller: Operations Coordinator
Monica graduated from UCLA with a bachelors in Business with emphasis in marketing. She then went on to get her MBA from UCLA and has been working for 10 years as an Operations Coordinator. Monica also went to culinary school in New York city and is an amazing chef. Monica still cooks for fun and often brings in yummy treats for staff and patients. At F R I E N D S Therapy, Monica will be in charge of all things marketing, claims, denials, hiring, organizing quarterly meetings, payroll, and overseeing ordering of all supplies.
Gunther: PRN Staff
Gunther joined the F R I E N D S Therapy team recently to provide assistance when needed. His passion for helping Rachel convinced him to move to Texas. He works part time at Central Perk Coffee Shop when he is not actively assisting in the clinic. He will be aiding PRN for office assistance, tech duties, and general cleaning at least one day a week.
