The Chinese scholar and tea connoisseur Xu Cishu 许次纾 from Ming Dynasty describes in his book Tea Report 《茶疏》 these 24 most suitable situations for drinking tea:

1. 心手闲适 when you are idle and relaxing
2. 披咏疲倦 when tired of reading poetry
3. 意绪棼乱 in time of confused thoughts
4. 听歌拍曲 when listening to songs and melodies

"This systematic review identified 17 cohort studies across the world that investigated the symptomatology of patients suffering from post-COVID sequelae in multiple organ systems. Massage therapy was historically found to provide benefits to patients experiencing similar symptoms to those identified in Long COVID.

Recognizing the need for new approaches to treatment for Long COVID Syndrome, we identify massage therapy as a potential therapeutic treatment to positively impact the organ systems affected by Long COVID, especially the high-incident symptoms, and improve patient quality of life."

Meditasjon er nyttig for de fleste, men har man traumer kan det gjøre situasjonen verre. Dette er ikke så sjelden som man skulle tro.

Å vite hvordan å jobbe med eller rundt traumer i meditasjon kalles traume-informert mindfulness. Det burde være en selvfølge å kunne hjelpe andre med dette som meditasjonslærer, men ofte er det dessverre ikke det.

"Exaggerated stress reactivity at baseline predicted an increase in risk factors for cardiovascular dis- ease and decreased telomere length at follow-up.
