नसर्ने रोगहरुको पहिचानका लागि एक महिने अभियान : फागुन २०८१

नसर्ने रोग लाग्ने प्रमुख कारणहरुः
- धूम्रपान र मद्यपानको सेवन,
- शारीरिक व्यायामको कमी,
- अस्वस्थकर खानपान,
- मानसिक तनाव,
- वायु प्रदूषण

त्यसैले, स्वस्थकर र सन्तुलित भोजन गरौँ, दैनिक शरीरिक व्यायाम गरौँ, तनाव मुक्त रहौँ, नियमित स्वास्थ्य जाँच गरौँ । नसर्ने रोगहरूलाई आफूबाट टाढा राखौँ ।

आफूलाई पायक पर्ने स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा गई मधुमेह जाँच, रक्तचाप (ब्लडप्रेसर) मापन, मिर्गौला सम्बन्धी रोगको जाँच र BMIमापन गरौँ ।

समयमै नसर्ने रोगको जाँच गराऔँ, स्वस्थ र दीर्घ जीवन बाँचौं ।
