The moment of completing an internship is a significant milestone in every student’s journey toward professional and personal growth. For our students, this experience has been nothing short of transformative. After months of rigorous hands-on training, they are returning home with a wealth of knowledge, practical exposure, and cherished memories that will shape their future careers.
A Diverse Learning Experience in Hotel Departments
During their internship, our students had the opportunity to work across various departments in the hotel industry, including:
1. Front Office Operations: Developing guest-handling skills, mastering reservation systems, and learning the art of creating a positive first impression.
2. Food and Beverage (F&B): Gaining expertise in restaurant service, banquet operations, and menu planning, while honing interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Housekeeping: Understanding the importance of cleanliness, aesthetics, and attention to detail in providing guests with a comfortable stay.
4. Kitchen Operations: Experimenting with culinary arts, learning modern cooking techniques, and understanding the dynamics of food preparation and kitchen management.
