55y/f left FTP ASDH with uncal ,tentorial and subfalcine herniation ,right hemiparesis ,GCS 5, pupil left fixed ad dilated ,right normal but not rxn to light .Left FTP decompressive craniectomy with expansle duroplasty was done and patient was improved having no neurological deficits . Thanks to team of Sparsh hospital and our excellent anaesthetic Dr Noor .

History of back pain with difficulty in walking for 2years later patient develop foot drop and can walk only with support with bending in position. MRI of l/s spine shows severe canal stenosis with bilateral nerve root compression .
Post surgical patient was pain free and now can walk without support .thanks to anaesthesia Dr noor and entire team of neurosurgery .
