Dear all,
As we know,case of Geno pharmaceutical has been ongoing since 4-5 months and no any final decision has been made yet for Mr Shambhu Sah(Med Rep of Geno,rajbiraj).
Thus,for the same we Birganj NMSRA hooked up a meeting with Country mangager Mr Abhijeet Das and RM of Geno,Mr Sushil jee.After a long conversation,Mr Ganesh jee (president) also had a telephonic conversation with VP of Geno,Mr Suresh Pandey and decided to conclude the case very soon at Birganj only.Till then all the field working and all types of meeting of Geno has been interrupted throughtout all the HQ of Nepal and we request everyone to convey and follow the same until any new update.

Dear friends,
Informing you all that we are going to organise a 'peaceful rally' regarding dragging attention of government officials towards seriousness to more than 50 days long bandha which has severely affected terai and all over country as well.Situation instead is deteriorating day by day esp. leading to more feeling/mentality of inferiority and ethnic biased differences between two communities.
Similarly,we will also like to emphasize political parties and empowered leaders to seek solution for permanent gateway of this serious and nowadays major problem of our country and our people's mindset and in our rally we will be requesting govt. officials to strongly address demands if madhesi countrymen who have suffered,devoted and lost lifes of their loved ones in this madhesh andolan but by creating mutual understanding and brotherhood as well.
Thus, we request for your presence,to share views and ideas and a be a part of huge mass of med rep and to flow this message to higher level chairs.
And at the end,we strongly request you all at least not to create/entertain/support and promote this ethnic biased mentality as "pahadi and madhesi",and as you all are literate and intelligent people,there is no need to be taught such cheap lessons to you all.

Dear friends,
Regarding recent case of Micro Labs
We are writing this to you all to let you all also know about what were the final settlements and results and what were the actions of Brj NMSRA in recent case of dispute between Med Rep of Micro labs(Angad Yadav) and Fair Deal Med Store(properieter-Pradeep Khandelwala,which is a stockist and super for micro and other different companies as well).
Whatever happened with our med rep should not have happened,that was really embarassing and insulting as well,Angad Yadav was beaten two times and injured very badly by dozens of staffs of fair deal.
Thus we NMSRA brj was requested to take action against Fair Deal by Angad ji and Micro labs friends and for the same we even went police station to 'file a case' but could not due to absence of Angad ji that day and we told Micro lab's friend to bring Angad ji next day as he was really hurt and also we were strictly planning to take against Fair Deal through our NMSRA as well.
But the next day we ''received a call from Angad ji saying that he has dealt compensation with fair deal and he has no any problem now and also he has taken back all the verbal cases from NMSRA and from police station as well''.
So after such an embarassing act with a Med Rep,we were helpless to take any action because we did not received a written complaint and also Angad ji behaved as if those things were his personal matter. But even though we made Pradeep ji to admit his mistake,saying sorry to NMSRA for his unethical act and that is all we could do.

As known,on 14th august 2015 i.e shrawan 29th friday is NMSRA Foundation Day and thus it is holiday for all Med Rep working in Nepal as we all gather and celebrate the day together with immense pride and pleasure.
So,we would like to request you to please come and organise together as we will be conducting a MOTORCYCLE RALLY from our NMSRA office.
We med rep nowadays are facing many conflicts/issues,whether it be recent Micro labs case or other,things are getting compicated day by day. The only thing that will make things easier for us in future is our 'unity and togetherness'.
That is why we warmly welcome every friend to gather,unite and power up together on this special day of unity and let every one feel about our strenght and dignity.

Delightely we are informing all nmsra brj friends that we can visit Dr. Laxmi Thapa Gupta(MD Gynaecologist) on regular basis.
5 visits can be made daily from Sunday to Friday after patient by writing your names there at clinic but 'each Med Rep can visit doctor once in a week only'.

Dear All,Sub-Regarding working of CIPLA birgunjThis is to inform you all that working of CIPLA ltd of birgunj HQ has been ''reopened from yesterday'' after discussion with Med rep of CIPLA and with E.Band G.B members as well,'after written apology' from Med Rep of Cipla ltd assuring us that this type of activities will no longer be in practice again.Dear friends,as far as when there is matter of conducting free camps is or was never a issue for NMSRA of any unit but instead that is very helpful for poor patients,but what we are asking for is information,a letter or any formal notice before a camp is being conducted by company or by med rep under supervision of company.We understand that it is an social activity but we should also keep in mind that all MR may or may not want to conduct that camp on holiday and manycompany may or may not provide that extra allowance as well.Thus,we hope that you all understand our obligations for being harsh in times and cooperate with us.Thank you

We Nmsra Birganj unit are shocked due to untimely demise of Mr.Ashim Pandit ( Medical Rep of Mark Formulation, Narayanghat HQ) by venomous snake bite .May his soul rest in peace and may god provide strength to his family to face this situation.
