Close to adding 2nd machine in the line. Tackling unavailability of skilled/ trained technicians and spares has made the job mentally excruciating and often times embarrassing.
At this moment, I would also like to acknowledge that any delayed or undelivered orders, and unanswered calls were unintended, and purely circumstancial. It has never been and will never be my intention to mislead, misguide or trick my clients either new or old. I always, and only recommend quality work.
