Who are managers?

It's completely a board subject you can't define managers in single word but ... I can tell a story . On one of HDP(Habit Development Program ) I was organizing the program on off time of one of the school .At that day peon sir came late so me ,my team and participatance were waiting for peon sir to come and open door so we can run program ... After waiting of 10,20 min peon sir came . We requested him to open the door but sadly peon sir didn't open the door 😩.He said I want some payments to open the door even it's sir's duty to open the door at the time ...the problem was there why we have to pay for him even he doesn't deserve it .. but at that time arguing a lot we payed him... And he open the door..

With this story I don't want say that he does this that etc .. I just want to explain what's manager.. Manager is a person who is available to solve the problems on the spot by making the Win-Win situation...

" How to make others listen you "
1. Who you are ?( Character )
- Have you noticed when a person a says something normal but he got a lots of claps in crowd but the another person saying the same did not got the same response of crowd. The difference the 1st person got response second didn't is that the first one is Kp Sharma oli and another is Piyush Pant 😂 . If you are not somebody in a certain field then nobody will listen you .
2. Who they know ? ( Relationship)
- Before some day , I saw 2 friends named Kishor and Manoj almost having same networth and same age both married and well settled. But the effect of Manoj was more than of Kishor for me. After that i asked myself question why? Yesterday morning I got the answer the reason behind that is " network " of Manoj . Manoj is friends of almost all entrepreneur and politicians therefore he is attractive for me and I would listen to Manoj than of Kishor.
3. What they know? ( Knowledge)
- I have a question for you . Would you listen to a class toppers advice for being first or advice from the person getting 20% in exam? Obviously from class topper . Therefore the people around will listen to you if you have knowledge on certain field .
4. What they feel ? (Intuition)
- Imagine you abuse somebody after certain time you go to him and say "let me explain you this question?" Will he listen to you? Obviously no . Therefore listening of another person depends on how you treat them.
5. What they have been ?(experience)
- Would you listen to a person having agriculture background and teaching about computer or a person having agriculture background and teaching about agriculture? If I where in your place I would listen the person having agriculture background and teaching about agriculture. Therefore listening depends on what you have been ?

"The habit loop "

Is there any question in your mind if no . Then I have question how habits form? .Is your mind blank . if yes then . When we start doing a task we have two opinions about that task ,is there pleasure or hardwork. After asking that question we add ourself in trap because our mind always chooses pleasure . Then we start repeating the task and it becomes routine . After 21 days of repeating your habit is formed .

How to get rid of habit loop
When we start doing a new task . Automatically we have two opinions,pleasure or hardwork . So if we choose hardwork we can't complete our task then it is not the solution. So what is solution ? You don't have to choose you just have to be conscious about your task . There are four step -

1) Make It obvious (cue)

- After Repeating the task for certain days your mind will start judging the task is that hard or easy . At that time start telling yourself it is easy I can do it.
Pointing and calling raises your level of awareness .

2) Make it attractive (craving )
- Is the task too much hard ? If yes then you can use habit stacking technique . In habit stacking we pair new habit with a current habit .

3. Make it easy ( response)
- You want to quit and want to go in comfort zone yes? Just wait read this .
Start with tiny change don't start doing the task directly . In 2019 , me and my friend Krishna started exercising but the difference between us was I started massive and he started small . I started doing 30 push ups a day but he started just 5 push ups a day . I used to laugh at him . After a month i quitted exercising and now he can complete 5 sets of 20 push ups . After that I realized that tiny changes have great result in long run . Start small but with futurstic goals .

4. Make it satisfying ( Reward )
- At last ,as I mentioned earlier our mind chooses pleasure automatically therefore give some amount of pleasure to your mind .
