Meet Our Panelist (University's Voice) | Sambhavya Leadership Summit 2026

We are honored to welcome Mr. Sanjesh Man Shrestha, Head of Department at the Central Department of Psychology, Tribhuwan Universiry, as a panelist at the Sambhavya Leadership Summit 2026 in collaboration with Kanjirowa National Secondary School and Kathmandu Pragya Kunja School.

Mr. Sanjesh Man Shrestha currently serves as the Head of Department and has dedicated 19 years as a lecturer at the Central Department of Psychology, Tribhuvan University. He has played a pivotal leadership role as the Coordinator of the Post Graduate Diploma in School Counseling for nine years, shaping the next generation of school mental health professionals.

A respected academic, he is the author of peer-reviewed journal articles and a regular presenter at research seminars, actively advancing psychological scholarship. Beyond academia, he contributes to public mental health awareness through the editing of psychological magazines and sustained community outreach initiatives, bridging research, practice, and public engagement.

We look forward to being guided by Mr. Sanjesh Man Shrestha’s deep academic expertise, leadership in psychology education, and longstanding contribution to school counseling and public mental health as we strengthen responsive, research-informed, and school-linked mental health supports,advancing a holistic vision of well-being for children, families, and school communities.

Meet Our Panelist (Clinician’s Voice) | Sambhavya Leadership Summit 2026

We are honored to welcome Dr. Pratikshyaa Chalise, Consultant Psychiatrist and Academician, as a panelist at the Sambhavya Leadership Summit 2026 in collaboration with Kanjirowa National Secondary School and Kathmandu Pragya Kunja School.

Dr. Pratikshyaa Chalise is a Consultant psychiatrist and academician with over a decade of clinical experience across both public and private sectors. Her work strongly focuses on community and disaster mental health, where she has led mhGAP and Psychological First Aid (PFA) trainings and supported post-disaster psychosocial response initiatives, including mental health programs following the 2015 Nepal earthquake.

Alongside her clinical practice, she has contributed to academic research and served on the editorial team of JPAN, helping strengthen the connection between research, policy, and practice in mental health. She currently serves as the Lead Consultant Psychiatrist at Sambhavya Group.

We look forward to being guided by her clinical expertise, community mental health leadership, and systems-level experience as we strengthen responsive, trauma-informed, and school-linked mental health supports, advancing a holistic vision of well-being for children, families, and school communities.

Meet Our Panelist (Expert's Voice) | Sambhavya Leadership Summit 2026

We are proud to welcome Ms. Risohani Shrestha, Parenting Education consultant, Unicef Nepal (2023-2025) as our panelist at the Sambhavya Leadership Summit 2026..

Ms. Risohani Shrestha is a Parenting Education and Early Childhood Development professional with over 15 years of experience in education, child development, training, research, and organizational development. She served as a Parenting Education Consultant with UNICEF Nepal, leading national promotion and integration of Nepal’s Parenting Education National Package across health, education, and nutrition sectors in alignment with the National ECD Strategy (2020–2030).

She is a certified Master Trainer of the Parenting Education National Package and an ICDP (International Child Development Programme) Trainer, with extensive experience in large-scale training delivery, multi-sectoral coordination, and work in monitoring, evaluation, advocacy, and knowledge generation. Her work has reached thousands of caregivers, trainers, and practitioners nationwide. She holds a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education and Special Needs and is committed to strengthening inclusive and protective environments for children through strategic parenting initiatives and lifelong learning.

We look forward to being guided by her deep expertise and national leadership as we strengthen inclusive, supportive, child centered systems and drive forward a holistic vision of well-being for children, families, and school communities.
