Even today, many 15-bed municipal hospitals in Nepal lack a dental surgeon.
Instead, dental assistants or hygienists are appointed , who cannot perform extractions, fillings, or diagnose serious dental problems.

As a result, people in rural areas suffer in silence, travel long distances for care, or let their condition worsen.
This is not fair.

Oral health is not a luxury , it’s a basic right.

The government must appoint qualified dental surgeons in every 15-bed hospital to ensure proper treatment for every Nepali citizen.

Let’s speak up for dental justice and healthcare equity.

The government said " pay them 8th level salary"
But private medical collages said " No thanks "

This is not just unfair. It's unacceptable
Let's support the people who take care of your health.

The oldest known surgical Amputation

In a remarkable discovery, archaeologists have unearthed evidence of the earliest known surgical amputation, dating back 31,000 years, in a cave on the island of Borneo. The skeleton of a young adult was found with a healed amputation of the lower left leg, indicating that the individual survived the procedure by at least six to nine years. This finding suggests that early human societies possessed advanced medical knowledge and skills far earlier than previously believed.

Exciting Breakthrough in Bioprinting Functional Heart Tissue!

Researchers at the University of Galway have developed innovative bioinks that mimic natural heart development, enabling the creation of bioprinted tissues that mature and function like real heart tissue. This advancement brings us closer to the possibility of bioprinted organ replacements, offering hope for future treatments of heart disease.

"When Our Ancestors Started Eating Meat"

A study by the Max Planck Institute has provided solid evidence that early human ancestors, Australopithecus, primarily followed a vegetarian diet. Researchers analyzed nitrogen isotopes in tooth enamel from fossils dating back 3.3 to 3.7 million years ago and found no significant traces of meat consumption.

Geochemist Tina Lüdecke, who led the study, confirmed that while occasional meat consumption might have occurred, it was not enough to impact brain growth. This suggests that widespread meat consumption began later in human evolution.
