Let’s save the Meniscus. Last week I repaired 2 bucket handle tear of medial menisci that lasted for many years using the outside-in technique (used multiple sutures) and a single all inside suture in both cases. Hopefully, they will do better in the future.

How satisfied you be when your patient comes to you 2 years post-surgery with a recent MRI scan and you see perfectly functioning ACL and well-reduced and healed bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus. Cheers 😁👨‍🔬
