Humbled to share that I have been selected as a delegate for the HPAIR Harvard Conference 2023 which will be held at the Harvard University campus in February 2023.

For past 31 years, HPAIR’s mission has been to connect the global leaders with the future leaders to create innovative, sustainable and resource efficient solutions. Past speakers at previous HPAIR conferences include Ban Ki-moon (former Secretary General of the UN), Dr. Muhammad Yunus (Nobel Peace Prize Laureate), and Philip Murphy (Former President, Goldman Sachs Asia) among others.

Eagerly waiting to learn and share the emerging issues of Asia with the prominant leaders of today and my fellow delegates who are solving critical issues beyond boundaries.


HPAIR is one of the most prestigious student-run conferences and a platform to discuss about advancements and ongoing issues in a broad spectrum of fields , ranging from Politics, Climate Change to Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.

आजको नयाँपत्रिका दैनिकमा मेरो लेख। स्वास्थ्य जनशक्ति र बजेट*

स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरु संक्रमित भए भने कहाँ जाने? उद्धार कसले गर्ने? काम गर्दा गर्दै मृत्यु भयो भने के हुने हो? स्वास्थ्यकर्मी कामै गर्न नसक्ने गरी थला पर्न सक्छ। पुर्नस्थापित गर्नका लागि खर्च के दिने हो ? यस्तो परिस्थितिमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरुको सुरक्षा र जनशक्ति बारेमा पनि सरकारले हेरिएन भने कहिले हेर्छ?



बिरामीको संख्याको आधारमा चिकित्सक, नर्स, स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको स्थायी व्यवस्थापन हुनुपर्छ। प्रति १० हजार जनसंख्यामा २३ जना स्वास्थ्यकर्मी हुनुपर्ने हो। अस्पतालको शय्या पनि कम छ। त्यसमा डाक्टर, नर्स लगायत सबै जनशक्ति समावेश हुनुपर्ने हो। डाक्टर पनि एकहजार जनसंख्यामा एकजना छ। अहिले जनसंख्या अनुसार त ३० हजार डाक्टर हुनुपर्ने हो।

अस्पतालको बेड मात्र बढाएर के गर्नु एकजना नर्सले २५ जना भन्दा पनि बढी बिरामी हेर्नुपर्ने अवस्थामा नेपालगञ्ज जस्तै अस्पतालमा तनाव त भइरहन्छ।

One More Publication #2021☺ Adult -onset Still’s disease (AOSD) is a rare, idiopathic, inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology and pathogenesis that presents in 5 to 10% of patients as fever of unknown origin (FUO )exclusion characterized by generalized migratory joint ache, blanchable rash, fever and other systemic manifestations.
