Dear PetParents,
If your furry friend is feeling unusually tired, not eating well, losing weight, or even showing nosebleeds or pale gums — don’t ignore it! These could be signs of a serious tick-borne disease called Ehrlichiosis, caused by Ehrlichia canis.

🔍 What is E. canis?
It’s a bacteria transmitted by brown ticks 🕷️. Once infected, your dog may not show symptoms immediately — but over time, it can severely affect their immune system, blood cells, and organs.

🩺 Common Symptoms:
✔️ Lethargy (unusual tiredness)
✔️ Loss of appetite
✔️ Weight loss
✔️ Nosebleeds or bruises
✔️ Fever
✔️ Hind limb weakness or walking issues

💉 Diagnosis & Treatment:
