Meditation dose not have any definition yet it is the stage when we reach after crossing Phartyahara( withdrawal of sense organs) and Dharana ..this stage differs according to the level of practitioners!

Before meditation we have to go through Prathyahara( withdrawal of sense organs) and Dharana ( mental image ) !
